I use a sunlight type lamp in the winter. I have both a light wake up alarm thing and a happy lamp thing from verilux for SAD. Those definitely helps me on those dark mornings

Drinking first thing when you wake up isn’t that great. You should wait at LEAST a few minutes. Your body has to wake up. Take one sip as soon as you wake up, but don’t chug a whole glass the second you wake up.

I know there is a supreme power but I've learnt that it just hates me and wants the worst for me and I deserve to suffer for eternity because I'm the worst person. At this point I feel like I'm not at peace with god. I fight with him everyday. I wish he could take me out of this experiment.

I just want to say that if your mornings don't work like this (like mine), that's completely fine, and you don't think there is anything YOU can do to improve it. That's fine I sleep in until 9 most days, but I'm happy with that, and I can still have a very productive and happy day, and that's just how I am. Don't hurt yourself (mentally or physically) because you aren't like that influencer it that friend you are you, there is still a baby u inside. Don't hurt them😊
So this is what i do to be healthy. I will get sunlight instead of scrolling through my phone. That is like my biggest priority. I will drink greens before having caffeinie. And i will make my hed. And the drink greens is something important to me as well.
I do all of these habits ! And i drink healthy drinks too, sometimes I take iced chai latte sugar free, or matcha latte, with a acai seed, blueberry honey yogurt bowl. You can do that !

The only thing I would change is one and for number one I would change it because if you’re drinking water right when you wake up all the bacteria in your mouth will go back into your body cause bacteria goes into your mouth when you’re asleep and number four I don’t drink, caffeine or greens
Here in Sharjah if you sleep till 7:00 even and look outside it is litterally already too bright for my eyes that early in the morning so I prefer to just relax is that time and let my eyes adjust before I fianally open the windows for the day
