      I use a sunlight type lamp in the winter. I have both a light wake up alarm thing and a happy lamp thing from verilux for SAD. Those definitely helps me on those dark mornings

      Yay. Better to start somewhere. Whereas no drinking water was before. Next step be different. Plus some cultures say good enzymes are in the mouth in the morning.
      Depends where you are from. That is okay to do what you want. Especially if you see a benefit.

      Drinking first thing when you wake up isn’t that great. You should wait at LEAST a few minutes. Your body has to wake up. Take one sip as soon as you wake up, but don’t chug a whole glass the second you wake up.

      My faith is so shaky when it comes to god. I know there is a supreme power but I've learnt that it just hates me and wants the worst for me and I deserve to suffer for eternity because I'm the worst person. At this point I feel like I'm not at peace with god. I fight with him everyday. I wish he could take me out of this experiment.

      @@ishita.ishu.p1303 no you do know that entity you are talking about is Satan. That’s why sometimes we struggle because Satan is there to tempt us, Satan wants us to fail, wants us to give up. God wants us to succeed, wants us to prevail, wants us to do our best everyday. Sometimes our prayers aren’t answered, or answered right away. It’s all in gods timing. It really is. Good things will come your way, just keep believing they will. Trust me. Also stay away of people in your life that will bring you down, that don’t want you to succeed, that want you to fail. Those people are the negative that you probably have in your life. Trust in god. Or try to start to at least. ❤️ you are truly a gift on this earth. God wouldn’t want it any other way. You wouldn’t be here if god didn’t have a plan for you. I love you and god does too.

    1.8:30=Wake up
    2.8:31=Drink Water 💦
    3.8:32=Get out of bed
    4.8:33=Go on my phone

    5.6:06=Do my hair
    6.6:08=Get ready for School
    7.6:11=Go Down the Stairs
    8.6:12=Make a Breakfast
    9.6:13=Make a tea
    10.6:20=Drink and Eat it
    11.6:30=Do Skincare
    12.6:34=Brush my Teeth
    13.6:37=Pack my bag
    14.6:39=Get my coat on
    15.6:40=Get my Bag on
    16.6:42=Go to School
    Ok,ok,ok I get it that’s not the actual times I do it at I’m just doing a random guess I know the time I do it at kinda but like not really just don’t look at the time if you do…Nice just if you don’t do it at that time DONT look at the time look at the things that I do❤

    I’m deciding to wake up at 5:30, it’s winter… there is no light. But I will wake up and eat breakfast and get ready for school. I’m trying to get my skin to stop breaking out so much, trying to cut out soda and stuff.

    I just want to say that if your mornings don't work like this (like mine), that's completely fine, and you don't think there is anything YOU can do to improve it. That's fine
    I sleep in until 9 most days, but I'm happy with that, and I can still have a very productive and happy day, and that's just how I am. Don't hurt yourself (mentally or physically) because you aren't like that influencer it that friend you are you, there is still a baby u inside. Don't hurt them😊

    So this is what i do to be healthy. I will get sunlight instead of scrolling through my phone. That is like my biggest priority. I will drink greens before having caffeinie. And i will make my hed. And the drink greens is something important to me as well.

    I do all of these habits ! And i drink healthy drinks too, sometimes I take iced chai latte sugar free, or matcha latte, with a acai seed, blueberry honey yogurt bowl. You can do that !

    I love it. The only thing I would change is one and for number one I would change it because if you’re drinking water right when you wake up all the bacteria in your mouth will go back into your body cause bacteria goes into your mouth when you’re asleep and number four I don’t drink, caffeine or greens

    Here in Sharjah if you sleep till 7:00 even and look outside it is litterally already too bright for my eyes that early in the morning so I prefer to just relax is that time and let my eyes adjust before I fianally open the windows for the day

      Also, meditation/yoga has been adapted from Christianity in the way that, Christian meditation means to think deeply on the word of God. However, worldly meditation’s goal is to empty the mind, and the Bible says if your mind is not filled with the Word of God, than it will be filled with evil things and spirits of the devil, which will result in things like depression, anxiety, and ultimately death, spiritually and physically.

    You need to ventilate the bed at least 15 min every day and then you can make the bed.

    Nah…you jump out of bed, put music on, get dressed for the gym, brush your teeth while you dance around the house and then head to the gym. I don’t need caffeine.
