I like etymology of words. It’s know that latin has many greek loanwords but the opposite is not so spread. Despite Byzantine empire adopted greek, latin influence didn’t cease completely. Thanks for sharing this video

I would like to understand how οίκος was replaced by σπιτιών . I know σπιτιών come from hospitium wich means guest accommodation

Και να 'ταν μόνο το λευκό/ἀσπρο... Το συνήθες είναι μια λέξη από τα αρχαία, μια λέξη από ενετοκρατία/τουρκοκρατία. Ενίοτε και από τα νέα ελληνικά. Να αναμένουμε αντίστοιχο βίντεο και για το μελανός/μαύρος;
