gabefm1 I just installed on my 2003 gx470, when replacing the panel people may want to have some thin foam to replace the foam ring that will come off the speakers in the door. Removing the panel is slightly different as you need to unclip the panel and lift up. Found another video showing the process for the gx470.

you will need 25mm clearance at the outside edge when rear door is closed.
