Custom aluminum extruded cleated belt incline parts conveyor collects scrap parts discharged from a machine and transports them to a collection bin.
This is a conveyor that is perfect for handling small parts and lightweight materials. The conveyor infeed has a low-profile frame depth so that it can fit under a discharge chute or machinery that is dropping product. Product is fed onto the infeed and can be inclined up at an increased incline due to its cleated belt (up to 60 degrees typical). The conveyor can also have corrugated sidewalls which help contain product on the belt and disallows product from slipping under the belt.
