This park really blows my mind! It’s SO extremely well done.. Not as much as one single normal looking brick wall or pavement.. They really went all in with this

I wish we got different victory themes rather than just the classic one. Like for example the boss clear theme from 3d world for the pirranha creeper and Bob-omb or the new soup clear theme for goomba or koopa

There should be challenges that if you fail you lose a life, and if you run out of lives you have to leave the park. It would be perfectly on brand for Nintendo and absolutely hilarious.

1:12 I want that Piranha Plant to swallow me whole. I love the first boss in Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 for that reason. Nintendo maws & vore are awesome.
What do those Power-Up Bands do?
Everything. They keep track of all your ride activity, they activate all the minigames. They also sync to your phone so you can monitor accomplishments. Then, when you’re home, you can use it with your Switch as an amiibo
@@Maniac536 But isn't each one different for each character with their emblems? I thought they would do something special, like the characters' special moves in games.
@@NegaLimbo well, depending on who’s band you have affects who’s amiibo you have. It also narrows your avatar when you link it to your smartphone. It doesn’t seem to effect something like shell color for Mario Kart ride. You do end up joining your band’s specific team when it comes to score tabulation on the leaderboards

Hah. You’re right. I guess the minigames are inspired by Mario party. I would say each area in the park is inspired by a different game. The land itself Is heavily inspired by 3D worlds and that includes toad’s cafe. The yoshi ride is based on Yoshi’s Island (Super Mario World 2). Mario Kart ride is obviously Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Peach’s castle is based on Super Mario 64. The game all of these minigames are leading up to, I’ve heard some people compare it to Super Mario Sunshine but I’m getting bowser’s fury vibes
