What I love about home cooking is that it's very personal. No exact measurements required, just a matter of feel and experience yet it always turns out amazing.
Awesome!!!!!!!!! Get the glow, Get the glow, Get the glow, grow. Everybody knows that you need the glow, You need the glow, the glow to grow. And if you love to live, you live the life…

So am i ....today I'm soaking them in vinegar, onion and bell peppers...tomorrow I'm seasoning them up......I can't wait to try them....thx for the video
I noticed you used meat tenderizer. Is that because you didn't remove the membrane? If I don't have tenderizer, Does it make a difference to remove the membrane when frying these? I always remove it when I grill/bake ribs.
Was wondering did you take the membrane off the ribs were those baby back ribs and how long did you cook them did you say 15 to 20 minutes and what was the temperature on the grease maybe about 350?
Start off with 5 minutes. Cut close to the bone. You shouldn't see any red if you do fry them for another 5 minutes. But.. if your oil is hot enough these will fry within 5 - 7 minutes.

You had me at Sazon.
Thank you.
Thanks for sharing
My pleasure
What cooking oil u use
Corn oil or whatever you have on hand. Don't use a light oil like vegetable oil because it will burn quickly.
I love them i par boil mine to make them fall off the bone tender after i fry them
Great idea. Thanks for the tip.
I noticed you used meat tenderizer. Is that because you didn't remove the membrane? If I don't have tenderizer, Does it make a difference to remove the membrane when frying these? I always remove it when I grill/bake ribs.
I still use it anyway. It's not necessary to remove the membrane when frying but you can.
Thanks. That was my question. The use of Meat tenderizer @MzGlosKitchen
Omg. Wish you were close. No soulfood here in Denton.
I'm a griller from southeast Missouri and I am good but the deepfrying ?? Next level stuff my Queen 👑
I wish I was too. Lmk what you grill. Teach me a few tricks.
Ribs, butts etc. We have the same spice pallet. Got to try the adobo for sure!!
Question do you leave the Back skin on the ribs??
Yes for frying but not for grilling.
Was wondering did you take the membrane off the ribs were those baby back ribs and how long did you cook them did you say 15 to 20 minutes and what was the temperature on the grease maybe about 350?
Yes 350 degrees. Pork spareribs not baby back. I demonstrated how to remove it. Most of the time I leave the membrane on.
I do this often. Pork chop on a stick😛
Basically. LOL
Would it taste the same with beef ribs?
Yes. Lmk how it turns out for you.
What kind of ribs are these
Pork spareribs
Only thing that could make this all better is if you send me some
How long do you fry the ribs for?
Start off with 5 minutes. Cut close to the bone. You shouldn't see any red if you do fry them for another 5 minutes. But.. if your oil is hot enough these will fry within 5 - 7 minutes.
Here in the San Francisco Bay area never heard of Fried Ribs. Can I make fried ribs out of Tofu?
I'm not sure. I've never had tofu.
I live in sf I hear about them all day long.
Nice but need to o turn up your voice and turn down music
Ok
Ribs look good but what you clean your stove with honey cause that bad baby is clean
Lol. Easy off oven cleaner and sos pads. Have to put a lil elbow in it.
U don’t add cornstarch to ur flour? Most people add cornstarch I thought it was needed guess not thanks
No, it's not needed but some people do add it, I just don't.
