FIXING ENGINE CODES ON MY MAZDASPEED 3

Mazdaspeed3 engine codes P0113 and P0442 have been giving me a tough few days..Will cleaning the Throttle Body and Mass Air Flow Sensor get us back on the road?

Maybe remove intake and give it proper clean.coz map sensor cud also be contaminated
