    I’m facing the same situation at Dodowa Afienya Road. I have the title and this lady claims the land is hers. Building wall and gas station. The law is slow but there’s law in Ghana. She used a fake indenture to buy the police but from your story I know we gonna win! Thanks for sharing. It’s so annoying

    I just went through the same thing. I am working on the demolition order as well. It is annoying and time consuming. After all else failed, the lady in my case is begging me. One day, I will share my experiences as well. (I have titled Land by the main roadside at Shai Hill as well. Went through some litigation with some family there. But I have titles on almost all of my land.)

    Trust me Ghana is not worth the trouble. I am from Ghana, I did my land investments in south Africa where lands are registered by the government like Europe, United States and Canada.

      So just focus on south Africa, while u worried about ghana? Ghana is our land nd country. Most of the lands in South Africa are owned by white people. Will rather fight nd fix our nation. I ve bought lands in ghana, most of them had no issues, only had one issue with one of the land that I bought but am patient and will fight it in court because I ve the proper documents and they dont.. in the United States, u don't actually owned the land. I ve a house in new jersey worth 490k nd I ve to pay almost 12k usd in property taxes a year. One day if am not able to pay that, they take my house away from me even after paying off the house.

      @@flavorsofthecontinent7195 you can be upset all you want. The truth of the matter is , there is no law and order in Ghana.
      You lived in the states before, you think someone can just come and take your land from the owner and then fight to get your land back.Every land is in orderly transition or transfer with titles and permits.
      But because Ghana is corrupt with fraudster s all over the place, land problems will always be a problem.😭

    This is terrible. You have to go through all this. Ghana dont want better. Picture if someone dosen't know you or know the ropes they will lose their money and their land. Then people have to spend all that extra money to make it right. Thats disheartening.

      Loans rates are unfavorable and that is the job of the government . An individual may want to do that as charity work , but ultimately, that is the job of the government.

    Sorry boss there’s no law and order in Ghana, if there’s law and order as you claimed who refund the money you pay the lawyer to fight for your land, so anybody can encroach your property and you spend a lot of money on lawyers to get your property back and the person that attempted to claim your property was not to ordered to pay you back all the money you spent on a lawyer or lawyers and you call that law and order, come on man you’re gaslighting!

      Stop exposing yourself, if you have receipts and proves. You would get paid by the one who was found guilty, that’s called “damages”

    • @rushasare
      @rushasare  4 месяца назад +4

      You know that more people end up in court in the western world than Ghana? As long as you use the law to get what is yours or get justice, then there is law and order. We can spend extra money to take her to court for damages, but it’s not worth it. We didn’t spend so much to fight this. Furthermore, if you are in this type of business, you have lawyers on a retainer.

    • @onewithgod8738
      @onewithgod8738 4 месяца назад +1

      Boss many people have lost their lands in Ghana in a similar situations and that includes foreigners and locals, the only law and order not just in Ghana but Africa in general is how big is your pocket, you’re able to get through this because no one wants to be dragged, not because you have best of lawyers because other victims has a better lawyer as well but do they get justice?, that’s a topic for another day. they knew you’re a social media influencer so both the military and the police don’t want to be dragged, you think if the woman is not highly connected she would encroach your property just like that?, it’s a racket they run in Ghana and the corrupt judges and police are the beneficiaries of this racket, if not why would they wait for the second coming of Jesus Christ which we don’t know when before they pass a judgment on a case they clearly know it’s a reoccurring crime against investors in Ghana?, again the only law and order in Africa and Ghana included is your ability to bribe your way out, And my question is, is that what you call law and order?….Africa is simply not ready!
