That's because a gardening hand auger is already a thing and it's like 10 bucks vs needing 20 grand in tools to make a 10$ tool.

When making a video of this nature you must always keep in mind that there are many inexperienced people out there that will try to build their own tool from watching you. You should therefore not show them to use a cutting disc for grinding purposes as it could shatter and injure them. Always use the correct tool for the job. It not only teaches them skills, but keeps them safe at the same time.

Такий ручний бур я зробив ще 40 років тому для вкопування стовбиків під огорожу. Але кінчик нагрів та закрутив спіраллю, щоб бур краще врізався в твердий ґрунт. Диски використав плоскі, загостривши ріжучі кромки. Цим буром заглиблював ямки до 70-90 см при потребі, нарощуючи зйомну рукоятку вставкою через муфту з різьбою. Ним же в шахті насосної станції пробивав горизонтальні отвори під фундамент будинку до кухні, закладаючи потім туди водопровідні шланги. Штангу бура нарощував кількома через муфти вставками загальною довжиною до 4 метрів. Бур цей і досі мені служить.
Так що нічого нового у цьому відео я не побачив, крім затягнутої нудної роботи по виготовленню такого інструменту. Достатньо було вкоротити це відео до 1-2 хвилин і все і так було б зрозуміло!

Hello, guys. The blades were welded incorrectly and the tool will not work well. These semicircles should not only be welded as an X, but these semicircles should be bent slightly upwards with their planes along the radius, and not just made as an X by diameter, otherwise the planes will slide, but should cut into the ground. There is wet clay here and this craftsman presses on the tool and sticks it into the ground, and it itself should screw into the ground. If the soil were dry, then the surfaces of the planes would simply slide along the ground, but they should not slide onto the ground with their planes, but cut in with a blade. Saw the screw across and you will see how these X planes are at an angle.

Ja imam sličnu stvar. Moj alat se sastoji od pola cola šuplje cevi. Na jednom kraju ima zavarenu burgiju 18 mm. Na drugom kraju ima zavarenu šuplju cev malo dužu za lakše okretanje. Vertikalna cev može biti različite dužine. Ja nisam stavio list od testere već poluokrugli lim isto tako u X. Jako dobro za sadnju vinove loze, paradajza, stubove za ogradu i vinovu lozu. Kod nas u Srbiji se tako nešto koristi i za sadnju loze. Cev isto i ručka isto. Ručka se skroz zavari sa jedne strane. Na drugu stranu se stavi slavina i priključak za vodu. Cevi moraju biti probušene na obe strane da voda može teći iz ručke do kraja druge cevi. Kraj druge cevi ( vertikalne ) se dole zavari a sa strane se izbuše tanje rupe sa svih strana. Da voda može praviti otvor u zemlji i odmah zaliti. Na vertikalnu cev se zavari na određenoj visini parče cevi da se nogom može lakše gurati u zemlju. Koren vinove loze se seče na par santimetara i ugura u vlažan otvor u zemlji. Voda koja ulazi u ručicu T cevi mora biti pod pritiskom da bi pravila otvor u zemlji. Taj alat se kod nas zove HIDROBIR za velike plantaže idealna stvar. Novi Sad Vojvodina Srbija Europa.

Vieleicht besser den Querstab weg lassen und lieber auf 12 -13 mm abdrehen, dann passt eine Bohrmaschine rauf.

Passe le haut de la tige a la disqueuse pour réduire le diamètre en dessous de 13 mm, utiliser une perceuse a batterie à faible vitesse: c'est encore moins pénible qu'à la main, ca va plus vite .j'installe mes piquets de cloture comme ça. j'ai même fait des micro pieux jusqu'à six metres avec ce système, juste un marteau piqueur à la place de la perceuse....

Здрасьте,ребята.Неправильно приварили лопости и инструмент будет плохо работать.Надо эти полукруги не только сварит как Х ,но и эти полукруги отогнут плоскостями немножко в верх по радиусу,а не только Х сделать по диаметру,иначе плоскости будут скольсти ,а должны врезатьса в землю,Тут мокрая глина и этот вмастер нажымает на инструмент и втыкает его в грунт,а от сам должен вкручиватьса в землю,Если бы был грунт сухой,то поверхности плоскостей просто солзили по грнту,а должно на грунт ни плоскосью скльзить .а врезатьа лезвием.Перепилите шуруп поперек и увидете как под углом стоит эти Х плоскости.

You are Good welder but poor gardener. Surely new Plant of course needs more kompost to grow rapidly not just a few clay. It means the hole is better to have larger. Just to know.
