How will you receive your earnings if you don't have the Paypal account? That's why it is mandatory. You can create a PayPal account very easily, if you have right documents.

What she means is she really want to start working in scribie but she don't have any bank account or credit, debit card to link into her paylpal account in order to get fully verified her PayPal.

Payoneer is worldwide available So just simply open a Payoneer account then you'll have an international bank account.
