I ported from the iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 15 Plus Matte Black, really happy with the decision, the 60 hz display doesn’t bother me a bit, Apple’s algorithms makes it blazingly fast.
The 15 Plus is super light and battery is a monster.

My worry now is transitioning from the 120hz to the 60hz. I'm in the exact same situation as you were as I have the 13 pro max. The 15 Pro max is really expensive, and the storage expansions make it even crazier, considering nowadays you can just buy an external hard drive for 50 bucks which is more organized and keeps your phone running faster than if it has storage saved internally.
Did the same thing! Really see no difference going from 129 hz to 69 hz. Some people do though.
plus models feels immersive but for day to day use the regular one is more useable

I helped my parents upgrade from their 6s they’ve had since launch to the regular 15’s. To them, the 60hz isn’t a big factor. They just needed better battery life, a better camera and a better phone overall. I have the 14 Pro and compared it to the 15’s. Not too much different tbh! Off topic, but hello from Toms River, NJ! Same. We got the 6s for $300 when it came out. So we’re finally upgrading to the 15 basic.
I’ve been with iPhone since 2007. My last phone was the 13 mini. I loved it, like the smaller size for carrying but after a year and a half of use I decided I wanted to go back to a larger screen. I just went online and looked at the current (newest) models available and just went with the pink 15+ . Usually before I buy something THAT expensive I’ll do some research, watch some videos to get a feel for it. I didn’t with this phone, I just bought it! WOW! Can I just tell you now much I love it! The size is HUGE (coming from the mini) it’s fast and I didn’t charge it over night last night, so going to see how long the battery lasts during my regular use. I’m not a “pro” user which is why I didn’t go with a pro version, and as I am learning now, I’m glad I didn’t go with the pro version. I’m really happy with my decision and honestly I don’t have any issues with the 60 hz display. Oh and the camera! Wow it takes great pics! I thought my 13 mini did a decent job, but the few pics I’ve taken already with the 15+ are amazing! I went with 128gb storage as most of my stuff is stored in the cloud so no real need for more than 128gb in my opinion. I’d definitely give two thumbs up for the 15+, highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻
I bought 2016 the first SE then 12 mini and now I have the 13 mini. Now I am deciding between the 15 and 15+. I haven't been much of a fan of bigger phones since I like to use my phone with one hand most of the time. I also carry it all the time both indoors and outdoors. Both 15 and 15+ are big enough I need to get a pop socket. Maybe might go as well with the 15+? Better battery life would be great. But is it too much to carry all the time?

Upgraded from the regular 13 to the 15plus in black definitely worth it love the size . Battery life , camera . The fact that you can hardly see finger prints on the back now which is awesome . Feels like a very premium phone .

I still own an old iphone 7 plus and it's about time I upgraded. The battery doesn't keep a charge like it use to and I'm tired of the lightning cable being loose when plugged in and not even charging my phone. Also, I watch a lot of videos on my phone and would like a larger screen size, but also I'm worried about a large phone to have to carry around. I'm really struggling to decide on the standard 6.1" size vs the 6.7in size along with their corresponding battery sizes. Curious as to what others thoughts and opinions?
I got the iPhone 15 Plus the other day and it’s a beast of a phone! It was between that and the Pro. But the better battery won out. I came from my first ever iPhone which was the iPhone 13 Mini. The battery life wasn’t great, it had degraded significantly and it was slow and laggy after 2 years of having it. I love this new phone so much. The camera is insane compared to the 13 Mini. And the 60hz refresh rate doesn’t bug me at all. Neither does not having AOD. Those seem frivolous for my use case. I had those on my old Samsung phone and it didn’t really do anything to make my use of a phone better. It was just there. I don’t think all those pro features are worth it for me to spend that extra $300 or so and to wind up with a smaller battery 🤷🏻♀️
I’m coming from 13 mini also. It’s my first day with the 15 plus and it feels so weird 😂 I do love it though and my mini was also degrading a lot in terms of battery life.
Coming from iphone 12 pro / 13 pro!! So far i’m very satisfied with the iphone 15 plus black , be it the 48 main camera, aesthetics or the performance ! Definitely my favourite!! The storage size (256gb) is also to my needs too! Definitely worth upgrading !! Loving this review video too! Cheers !!

I appreciate and love your videos! After one of your videos, I ordered my 15 plus in pink 💖, and it is set to come in today! I’m so excited! I’ll be passing my 14 pro max to my husband who is still using the 12 pro max. I did go with 128 go since after a year with this phone, I only have used about 70 Gigs on my 256 pro max. I have average hands for a woman and the 14 pro max is heavy and just is so uncomfortable for me, so I’m looking forward to the same size screen, better battery and much easier to hold 😊😊

I have an iPhone X 256gb but this was the exact model I was considering upgrading to
the 15 plus is going to be my choice. The fact that I won't have to charge overnight is a big plus because I am planning to use the phone for multiple years (currently using a 4 yr old 11 at 70% battery health) and battery health is the reason I want to upgrade right now. thx for the vid

@@7860092 I ended up getting the standard 15. The upgrade is insane, if you use your phone for more than just calling the differences are noticeable everywhere. It is a lot better experience, would definitely recommend the upgrade if you are active on your phone

If I may ask how has your experience been? I been through such a tough debate over the base 15 and the 15+ for a few days now.

i have big hands but I've never used big phones like 15 plus. can you notice the weight difference between 15 and 15 plus? do you think the plus version is more slippery? and lastly which one feels better in hands? appreciate for your post my friend.
No not a big difference in weight at all,

The regular 15 feels better because it's smaller
So I got myself the regular iPhone 15 and what I noticed is that I need more battery life. Especially when you‘re outside you really can‘t rely on making it through the day with regular iPhone 15y

Me coming from a iPhone 12 the 15 plus has been a big difference the Battery is so fricking good even when I go out on 50% it lasts me the whole night and still has 10-20% when I get home the cameras are very good wish it had a telephoto camera but Apple is Apple , but overall it’s a massive improvement coming from a 12 the phone is LOUD , it lasts all day , cameras are excellent if you want a bigger phone with a very very good battery then get the 15plus over the regular 15 and the pro max
I got the green 15 a week ago and loving it so far. I thought about the plus, but I like using my phone one-handed, and I am completely fine with this screen size. Not to mention, I have been getting excellent battery life because I’m not on my phone too much 😅

One handed use, minimal pocket fill & weight is what’s pushing me to the 6.1” model. 6.7” has always seemed too bulky (never owned one) & battery life isn’t an issue for me…I’m just curious on the Plus size!

But I have my battery limited to 80%, which is enough for me as I can charge it easily.

I choose the 15. I’m happy with it. The battery life is very good, which last from 6am to 4pm- from 90% to 20%. Of course the Plus would last much longer.
Coming from SE 2nd Gen. it was cheap at the time and did what I needed. Now I realize I spend so much time reading and watching movies on my phone that I want a bigger phone. I have small hands but use both hands when using my phone. My concern about getting the plus is will it stay in my pocket or be to heavy. I am a woman so our pockets are smaller. Does the usability of the phone outweigh the portability? Suggestions?
I wouldn't worry about the weight too much it's actually a very light phone. It won't feel too bad in your pocket

I was looking forward to USB C and ProMotion for my next iPhone especially because I have an iPad Pro and both features are wonderful. But with all the issues of the Pros (heat, battery, general QC, even the build), I guess I’m going for the Plus for now. It would’ve been a perfect phone already had it had ProMotion but alas Apple be Apple…

I am team Iphone mini but since that's gone.. Both of the 15 models are too big for me. I am kind of interested to get the plus for the battery life and the bigger screen. But it looks like the 15 plus does not really utilize the realestate it has. At least the home screen just has bigger gaps between the icons. Not sure if it's worth it.. both are too big for my hands. I need to get a pop socket for either. But is the plus too much to carry in a pocket? I carry my phone all the time everywhere. It wouldn't be very nice if it became a burden to carry around.
I want a good battery, but I definitely can't stand big cell phones

Would it be a major or minor upgrade from the 13 Pro Max? I’ve been wondering whether to upgrade to the 15 Plus due to my 13 Pro Max’s battery health being @ 93% already and I barely had it for almost an exact year now.

I tried the 13 pro max for 3 weeks and it felt way too heavy for me especially laying down in bed, the weight of it was really noticeable and left my fingers/wrist sore, couldn’t get use to the weight of it. Returned it and got the s22 plus way lighter! But thinking to try the 15 plus when I upgrade because it is way lighter and I prefer Apple over Android. But if the weight of the phone and lightning port doesn’t bother you, not worth the upgrade IMO. P.S 93% battery is still very good 🤷♀️
93% is still great and the performance should be great as well. If the weight is not a major reason then no need to upgrade in my opinion.

I’ve just come from a Samsung to the iPhone 15 and I can’t do or reply from the pull down menu that’s a bomber and only apps like RUclips and twitch will multi window whereas on android I could open at least 4 windows at any time

Maybe it’s also because the 15 is in the black color so the screen blends into the body of the phone Making the bezel look bigger.

Both are really good I have the 6.1 ip15 in blue and the ip15 plus in pink😂 the 15 plus battery does last a bit longer than the smaller iPhone 15 but it definitely doesn’t last 2 days I have to charge mines by midnight where as about 5/6pm I need to charge my smaller ip15 but I guess it depends on how your using yours I do watch stuff on TikTok and im not even on it all day long on either phone as well lol maybe I got bad battery phones?🤷🏻♀️ I dunno but I do feel the batteries aren’t that bad at all x I would at least be happy with 90hrtz it’s an actual joke paying all that and getting 60hrtz lol but I don’t like the look of the 3 cameras on the pro’s or pro max’s as I had a 14 pro last year it wasn’t bad but I didn’t like it as much because of it I’m sticking to my 15’s for a good few years until Apple at least gives us 90hrtz on the normal basic phones lol
I can't decide between 256gb iphone 15 and Iphone 15 plus 128gb cuz both are the same price here what do you think?
If you need the bigger storage, get the regular 15. If you need the better battery life, get the plus. But I recommend you to choose 15 plus with bigger storage. I hope this helps you, thank you

I got the iPhone 15+ but going to exchange for the small I love the plus but it’s a little to big for me I’m 4’11 and my hand is small and also it won’t fit in my back pocket 😢 I wish the regular one had the same battery as the plus
