When we visited our hometown in May 2022, Tess, our helper cooked this recipe that my dad used to cook when he was still able.
My sister got the recipe from Papa and she cooks it really well, paired with puto ( rice/flour cake ) . I just enjoy eating it but I haven't learned how to make it.
This is the first time that I actually witnessed in person how it is cooked.
It is easy to cook after all.
No exact measurement of ingredients, if you cook always at home, you know what I mean.
