    Deep... Depressed,stressed,frustrated. Check,check,and check... So many can check all you mention. Gratitude helps me focus on the good. God gives me purpose... Is their a reason Im alone so much? Its worse on Holiday weekends. But...sadly..more and more people are also alone. Not just us..we lost that social contact more since social media came on the scene. Yes, it seems we are more connected. But at the price of true intimacy. No one knows how to relate anymore. I know its not good. Not for me ,for you ,for the next generation. Its a sad state we are in. I know the answer and He is coming soon. This holiday is about him and his coming kingdom. God bless friend. You are NOT alone. I feel your pain.♥️

    Acceptance of the good and bad set me free. To just let go and accept it. It works for me. If I try too hard to find the WHY for me at least I end up feeling not so great. Kind of a stoicism way of being I guess. Thanks for the video today Kenny. Edit: it is important to control what is within your control though yes you are so spot on. If there's anything that grinds my gears it's people who complain and are miserable and make no effort, or remove the toxicity. Really really awesome talk today is tough for me for reasons out of my control and I gotta accept it! Thanks again. You helped someone today here! Be well guys

    Great title. I'm 60 and had to stop by and try to learn something. People have said that when you stop learning new things. You die. I have been plagued with the inability to control my feelings. Emotions are the way we relate our feelings to others. The look on one's face, generally describes how we feel. I admire your willingness to forge ahead with your commitment to this series. My thoughts are that, if we are just able to recognize our own feelings. Accept them for what they are. Instead of kneeling to the societal accepted display of these very real feelings. One example, would be to cry when we feel that need. Or express in words. What we feel. No matter what pressures there are to bottle it up. This isn't a show of strength or mental toughness. Stifling one's emotions destroys any chance of feeling REAL JOY. My dear fellow, I have followed your journey and see your progress. Be happy. You deserve it. Cry when you need it. Celebrate this day, because you have earned it. Sincerely.
