- I absolutely love what I'm doing. It's really starting to sink in that I am free. I am so over the employee life. I'm so excited to be building a business for my family. I can't wait to see where my business will be in the next 5 years. Keep grinding, keep networking, and stay focused, success is right around the corner.
Big CJ tell your son that intro is fire 🔥 I like it
I told him, appreciate the support and he says thank you.

Came in at the right time!
👍🏾
About to watch your videos and bam! This came in!
Nice, right on time 👍🏾
I've had 2 roadies at one time and I can do more than one delivery at a time but it's how it goes with these apps sometimes.
Always awesome vids ✌️
Yea, trying to manage multiple apps is challenging. Appreciate the support and stay safe out there.
Thanks for sharing my brother… I have been rocking with Roadie. But now I am going to check out go share also
Nice, hope you get something going, Roadie has been good to me so far 👍🏾
Great inspiration...looking forward to starting mines
Glad to hear that, wish you the best 👍🏾
Harbor Frieght has a ramp that works great for cargo vans $150 folds in half takes up little space for the help with the dolly loading stuff up
Absolutely, will be considering that. My new favorite store, appreciate the info 👍🏾
I have lived in Floresville twice & when I return in the future I hope to get into van delivery like the you do. On Aug 4 I will be attending GigCon in Denver hosted be Pedro from St. Louis & Town Hall on Aug 5 from 12-2pm and will be similcast on Riseshare Rodeo RUclips channel. Hope you would be interested in seeing what is happening in the Gig & Last mile lifestyle like you do.
That's great, I like Floresville. Appreciate that info, I may check it out on that RUclips channel. Best wishes to you 👍🏾
Solid content bro I have a van myself the salute from bama 💯🔥

Also just 2-4 flush D-rings works great and is more simplicistic look
👍🏾
Soooo many OSHA violations i saw at that roofing job,lol... #1 ladders on side of homes going to roof, should be at least 3ft (waist height) from edge of roof ,up- to be able to safely get on and come down from roof... #2 - neva climb up or down, any ladder ,with your back towards the rungs , just plainly dumb,lol... Center of gravity will be off , which easily can cause a fall🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
🤣, man I wish I got that fall on film, definitely would have went viral. Yea, safety was not considered at all at that job. I'm just glad dude was ok, he bounced off the floor, crazy stuff. Appreciate you 👊🏾
I love the information you provide! Your videos are very informative. I want to start this type of business on the west coast since I am retired and the money is not enough, and I would like to know how you get these leads... is it through an app or several apps?, or do you have a dispatcher? Forgive my ignorance... if you could guide me a bit, since I don't know much, it would be of great help! Thank you so much!
I’m looking for that same guidance

Also, click on my channel and binge watch my videos. It's a journey and I'm sharing everything I learn on the channel. Congrats on retirement, and wish you the best 👍🏾
Nice intro
Thank you 👍🏾
It happens, the good thing is you caught it.
Yup, I always double and triple check before I leave each order
Should i go with the f250 transit 148 wheel base or the f350 transit wheel base 170
I always say bigger is better. Get what you feel is best, but both can get the job done. Best wishes to you 👍🏾
Thanks for the wisdom. Question ?? can i turn my 16 seat van into a cargo. Are is it best to buy a cargo?
Yes, you can, I've seen them out there. I've seen seats taken out, plywood installed along with some D-rings and your good to go. Best part about that is you have AC vents in the cargo area.
Nice intro 👍🏾
Thanks 💯
Good morning from Boston 😅
👍🏾
Debating on a sprinter , cargo van or one of those cutaway 14 to 16 ft small trucks. What engine fo you have on your sprinter ?
I have a Ford Transit 250 cargo van, 3.5 liter V6
I average $100 per month on UPSIDE, just from gas. I use that to buy more Shares of my dividend stocks…I’ve been using upside for 3 years now
Very smart. I'm using my extra cash to replace old refrigerator and dining table.
@@BigCJCargoVan I would love to talk to you in regards to creating financial freedom for myself…also, I’m close purchasing my own Van as well to start my freedom
Do you ever need an pallet jack of your own for any of your orders ?
No, most loads can be offloaded by hand. No pallet jack needed
😂😂😂 stay away from the phone when your out with the family
👍🏾
the Lowes orders - was that using goshare or which app do you use?
Frayt app. I usually show on the screen or tell you what the app is for each order.
You better than me I would have kept those tires from that goshare order and sold them. The jiffy lube manager didnt want them plus goshare was acting dumb too.
exactly--if they couldn't confirm they were charged for them, then why leave them there?
Funny you say that, you better believe I thought about that, just don't want to risk that coming back to bite me later. I was definitely thinking about Facebook market place, Craigslist, all that. They dog you on those type of cancelations.
Where do you operate your business? Just curious because it looks like you have a really decent market in your area. I just got my LLC and im almost up and running.
I'm in San Antonio. It's a very large city but I don't think my market is super busy compared to others. Best wishes to you and your business 👍🏾
I gotta get used to the new intro. The old one was my joint. 😊
Really, lol my wife said the same. She was mad I changed it. Just wanted something a little shorter and quicker. Appreciate the love tho 👍🏾
Do you have llc & commercial insurance? And what app are you using for lowes
I have LLC and commercial insurance. I use gig apps such as Dispatch, GoShare, Frayt, Dolly, and Senpex for those.
That out of state run pays about $450 after you take out the fuel bill. No thank you!
Yup, not a good run
🔥🎥🤟🏾💯😁😊
Appreciate you 👊🏾
Great videos what I would've done on jiffy lube tire order just delivered and let customer get with vendor like you said you just delivery point A to point B that way you get full pay. For next time that's just my two cents
True, I did think about that. Lesson learned, I will definitely do what's best for me next time since GoShare don't care about the drivers.
God is good😮
Everyday 👍🏾
What is the application you are working with?
Dispatch, GoShare, Frayt and Senpex
Hey,brother CJ
👍🏾
@@BigCJCargoVan thank you for your response
Get Corbin’s information! Corbin has some money jobs in his wheelhouse.
Already did 👍🏾
Drivers are going to have to start being unified on issues like this cancelation. The gig companies will continue to get away with these things as long as Drivers allow them to get away with it.
Agreed, they will realize how valuable we the drivers are when we fight back. They can have as many customers as they want, They make no money without us.
Hi CJ, I'm JC lol. Been following and watching your content for couple days now. About to subscribe. I love your energy and honesty. Keep it up. Also, is there a contact I can reach out to you directly? I have a great collaboration op for you if you are interested. Thanks in advance!
Hey JC, appreciate your support. My email is listed on my description page. Looking forward to your ideas 👍🏾
I would've kept the tires
That crossed my mind, believe that. If the manager didn't take them, they were going to be on Craigslist, FB marketplace that same day.
what kind of van does he drive?
If your asking about my van, it's a 2020 Ford Transit 250
u should kept the tires
I know or just delivered them so I would have gotten full pay. Let the business deal with that.

Got it
Do you need a authority to get a mcdot number
You need authority for MC, it cost $300. DOT is free. You do not need authority for a DOT number.

14 min mark
8 hours = $25 an hour. That's plenty. Probably less hours than 8 hours aday also.
Tell your son well done, carrying two things up a ladder is asking for trouble.
Thank you, my son appreciates that. Yes, I had a bad feeling about that when I saw him climbing up
Yes better intro! no “Texas” hat at the end to assault my eyes u trader 😂jk..
Texas Texas Texas. Glad to be a trader and out that insane state 🤣. Get out of there while you still can, they charging people to leave now.....Texas Texas Texas all day 👍🏾
Cj
That's the name 👍🏾
Employee probably gets medical insurance, paid vacation, and other benefits. Just sayin.....
I've had jobs with all the Benifits, independent contractor way better, I will never go back. Independent Contractor gets cheaper insurance coverage and you may get paid vacations but it's limited time. 1 week, maybe 2. If you save right as an IC, you can vacation as long and as much as you want. Not for everyone, do what you feel is best for you.
With a company aren't you still working the 9 to 5??? They are your boss
No, I am my own boss and company, registered LLC in the State of Texas.
Peace CJ im Air Force and Im about to retire soon. Do you do consultation calls?
I never considered doing that, I'm still new to this and very much a rookie. I definitely don't want to steer anyone the wrong way because everyone's situation is different. I really just want to document my journey and hopefully people can be inspired and learn from my journey. Thank you for your service, you can reach me by email if needed (in description page), best wishes to you 👍🏾
