The dollars per mile is good. I figure your bringing in about $80-$90 an hour give or take before expenses. Expenses are the big difference between whether it’s worth it or not. If you bring down your maintenance costs by doing simple repairs like brakes yourself and you aren’t paying too much in interest with the financing on the vehicle, then the question of whether or not it’s worth it could change significantly. Even with expenses, your making $50 an hour. I’d say yeah it’s definitely worth it!
Edit- I almost forgot! the biggest factor is how much you can make in a month. You’re fixed expenses are probably somewhere close to $1000 a month, so you’re making $0 per hour or even losing money up until that point. So the biggest factor is how much can you keep them wheels moving!

You are averaging 91 miles per load, and $1.91 per mile. You know the details for your vehicles expenses. You must make an informed decision and work smart! Everyone has to start for some where. Motion in the right direction is the answer. It aint easy...

That is very low especially for a sprinter van. Out a sprinter you should be hitting around 3000 a week
No hate but I’m curious after all expenses was it worth it? With your new commercial insurance and the van payment along with gas and upkeep.
RPM is great but I feel longer trips were better for me when it came to making consistent money that was worth it.

#CCC - Doing the math in my head, it looks like you're at a little < $2.00/mile. Could be better, could be worse. What is the average miles/gallon in that big sprinter van? Being a numbers guy, I would track everything. Also, looks like you're picking up from the same locations on a fairly frequent basis. Have you discussed with management the possibility of contracting with them directly and creating a win/win for both them and you?

My brother, for now , don't worry about what's going on with the views. focus on your goal. Figure out your strategy as you move forward and you will master it. Anything new that you introduce to your brain is going to seem foreign and test your ability to adapt and adjust. You are on your way to building an empire if you live, learn, calculate and never quit. It ain't about working hard, it's about working smart. J, you are on your way.
Using multiple courier apps and generating $4k in one month before expenses is good as long as you're profit is at least $3k. The courier biz is very competitive- lots of other drivers looking for loads and dependent the local economy, especially construction.

With the carrier, can you run gigs from the apps while you're sitting around? Or does the carrier say you can't do side hustle stuff?
$4k / month ain't great to be honest. That's a gross number for you, right? You still have to pay taxes, fuel, van note, etc. You can earn $4k/month driving a CDL truck somewhere and if you're in a union controlled state it's a lot higher.
