1. Venesaur has type advantage over sceptile
2. Blastoise's hydro pump or any move that isnt 100% accurate will always miss but swampert's less than 100% accurate moves will always hit
3. Dont always include g max it depends where the fight is happening if its happening in galar then include g max
Of course venasaur has advantage against sceptile coz its a type poison type too..
He didn't include g-max he said if it's included thennthey will win but he said that without g-max they can also defeat and fight are based on their full potential not in any region or stadium

after the end of journeys, pokemon company should start the new series with declaring ash as 11 yr old (declaring each region was around 1.5month) , now ash starts his journey in all older regions, to participate in their leagues, starts with his older Pokemon caught in that region, but everytime he caught new pokemon of region, he replaces it with one of old teams pokemon till all gym battles, finally he wins more than 8 badges required, becomes winner of league by using any of pokemon he has in all at oaks lab, then battles elite 4 with strongest pokemons and finally beats the champion to become new champion of the region, this way next 10 seasons can be made, also he travels with same companions.., this time every gym leader and rival can use any of mega, z move or dynamax if possible, and this time Pokemon from any region can battle any other from its rival atleast.
the next few season, he goes on hunt for all legendary, ultrabeast, mythical, semi sudo, and all those Pokemon he never caught, just to fulfill his dream with atleast one companion from each region meaning atleast 10-12 companions... enjoyment at its fullest.

Even in mythical Pokemon fight Mew can beat Deoxys and Jirachi if we exclude numbers and judge them by powers coz Mew can transform into Raquaza /Mewtwo/Arceus/Hoopa... And beat them.
Also in Pseudo Legendary there are chances of Kanto winning coz We have 3 powerful dragonite's Iris's, Lance's and Ash's also the giant Dragonite which we saw in Kanto (if we include him) but still because of Steven's Metagross I cant assure of Dragonite winning.
There are chances that overall wise Hoenn can beat Kanto because of Mega evolution and also in Normal Legendary ,Bird trio will be easily defeated by Latios and Latias if not by Legendary Titans .
Also in mascot battle , Mewtwo can't fight alone Against Weather triO. Maybe he strongest Pokemon batttle Mewtwo can win if Toon considers the Battle in Full power .
I honestly think this battle will end like Hoenn vs Sinnoh 😂😂 but most of Kanto Pokemons are main Pokemons of Champions like Ash's Pikachu , Lance's Dragonite and Leon's Charizard and 2nd main Pokemon of Iris's i.e Dragonite. While Hoenn only have Steven's Metagross and Diantha's Mega Gardevoir. So overall wise if seen then Kanto also has Gmax ,Mega and Z moves while hoenn didn't show other powers much than Mega evolution.
This battle is debatable
