  • Halva is a traditional dairy-free Greek dessert that is made with semolina. The semolina is toasted in olive oil and is then boiled in a flavoured syrup until it is thickened. Raisins and orange blossom water are added and the semolina mixture is transferred to a mold until it is cooled and set.
