  • In this video, I'll share my inspiring journey from completing my MBBS and MD in India to becoming a respiratory consultant in the United Kingdom. Buckle up-I've got valuable insights and tips to help you navigate your own path!
    *1. The Challenges After MD:*
After my MD, I faced a tough reality: career progression in corporate hospitals in India was limited without foreign experience. But I didn't give up. Instead, I explored opportunities abroad.
*2. The UK Medical Training Initiative (MTI) :*
I packed my bags and headed to the UK as an MTI fellow. It was a game-changer! I learned about the NHS system, gained exposure to diverse cases, and built connections with experts. The experience was invaluable.
*3. Crafting My CV for Specialty Training:*
Back in India, I meticulously prepared my CV. I highlighted my MTI stint, research projects, and clinical achievements. Remember, your CV is your marketing tool-it should shine!
*4. Nearing Completion of Specialty Training :*
Fast forward-I'm just 10 days away from completing my specialty training. The journey has been intense, but the rewards are immense. Soon, I'll step into my role as a respiratory consultant, making a difference in patients' lives.
