The exporters on the lake caught too many in the 90s and instead of giving them a break and let their numbers build back up, they caught Chilanga Trophs nearby and let them breed with Ilangis. As a result, the true Ilangi doesn't exist anymore. They're much more orange now than the yellow fish they used to be." Can you confirm with all of your connections if this is true and if so are there anyone with true Ilangis anymore?
