I’ve been having heart problems and been in an out of the hospital..I just got home opened RUclips & here’s my favorite QUEEN!!! Made me feel so much better 🩵🦋
Here’s my recipe if you want it!!! Best baked Mac and cheese…..at least in my opinion. 2 cans evaporated milk Couple cups heavy cream or more to thin Couple tablespoons Dijon mustard Couple tsp seasoned salt Tsp paprika Tsp pepper Several tsp salt to taste 1 stick butter 1/2 cup flour 8 oz cheddar/gruyere small cubes 6 oz Colby Jack small cubes 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese small cubes 6 slices American processed cheese 8 oz mozzarella cheese grated 6 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated Cooked Al dente cavatappi pasta Make roux - melt butter then whisk in flour, cook for a couple min. Add mustard, paprika, pepper, salt. Then add evaporated milk and heavy cream, whisk until slightly thickened. Add seasoned salt. Taste and add more if needed. Add cubes of cheese slowly while stirring until everything is melted. Once cheese sauce is ready and tastes good, add pasta - make sure it looks almost like creamy pasta soup (once you bake, the pasta will absorb the sauce and thicken, you want it to look loose at the beginning) Grease a casserole dish, add half the mac and cheese - add half the grated cheeses then add the rest of the pasta. Top with the rest of the grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 min. Take foil off and bake at 500 until bubbly, golden and crispy on the sides. Enjoy!!!
Timmy, this warmed my heart! My Dad and I stayed there when I was 9 during our vacation (2002?), in the building with the giant speakers! He passed away a few years ago but we ALWAYS talked about that Disney vacay and the room attendants who would pose all of my stuffed animals on the bed 😊

I stayed there last year. It was my first time staying on Disney property, and I loved it. It was exactly what I needed. I was in the parks so much, I was only there for sleep and to eat dinner. The transportation was easy peasy. Highly recommend.

I was in that exact Rock building at All Star Music first week of June just up on the second floor! Crazy. It is a solid place to stay! The buses and early admission to the parks is the biggest perk. Onsite laundry right at the pool was also nice so you can swim while you wait. Would totally have said an introverted ‘hi’ if I had seen you!
