I started watching and after your reveal of what you bought to get the bag I paused your video, clicked your link and bought lots of stuff that I need (want!). I bought lots of the peels, some Dizziak lotion since I have fallen in love with their conditioner and the Iconic London night out bag (can’t remember the name of it). Just watched the rest of your video and I agree that it’s a really good bag, especially because of the EGF serum. Love the Herlum lotion too as well as her candles. Really appreciate the detail that you go into about the products that you buy and receive.
I also succumbed and got the peels, a ceramide cream I’d been wanting to try and the medik8 self care Sunday kit. Even without the 20% FleurCB discount code i found it was well worth it. Thank you for sharing Crystal xxx
😢No more Cult Beauty for me. Placed an order 20.des and was soo looking forward to getting this goodie bag. Still haven’t arrived so I contacted customer service. They told me to wait until 11.jan. Then until 22.jan. Then suddenly they just told me that the order had been returned and that I got a refund, and they can not replace it! What? I asked for it to be sent out to me again if it had been returned back to them, but no! No explanation😮 This is not even the first time this has happend. I used to order from them a lot and I’ve never had any issues. Lately their items arrives all smashed in the box, terrible packaging. Soo disappointed.😢I really don’t understand why they as a company is so reluctant to take care of their customers. All the items I ordered is still avaliable on their site, even most of the items in the goodie bag….it would be no problem for them to replace my order. They just don’t care!
I also bought the peels from dr. Dennis Gross to get the goodiebag! And I love the serum, so I am waiting in a happy mood to the arrival of my order 🤪
