Dear Coaches: Yes, the young men have to hold themselves accountable but it shows that they are only going to go as far as the coaches push them to go. During drills, team runs up and down the field at their pace not showing that extra push not digging deep enough within themselves and it shows in their body language. Push them!!! Make them! Demand it! They need it now for the team and need it now because life will hit hard later since everyone gets a turn in life and it is not always good. Got to give it now. Sometimes the coaches are too playful with the team which makes the team too relaxed in their efforts. The "not holding each other accountable" is reflecting on the level of accountability coming from the coacing in the practices. Coaches try this practice method: Chiose one day and have the whole team practice in total "silence," no music, no talking, no noise, no playing around, everyone on the team has to be quiet during practice and in the weight room. This will show if the team is disciplined as a unit, it will show who is disciplined individualy and it will show how disciplined the coaches are and if the coaches can hold the team accountable. Dear Team: Push harder, dig deep, do more. Make the little boy inside of you proud because that little boy is still depending on you to make his dreams come true don't let hin down. Walt, stepping up and getting valuable mental reps and muscle memory footwork with Shedeur & coach Darrell is a great site to see for the future of Buffs, (cliche') as a team you're only as strong as your backup. Good to see Walt taking it serious knowing he only has Shedeur for a year to soak in as much as he can under a Heisman/1st RND talented QB.
