I so agree. I’m just coming out the other side of this now. It was a difficult period for me but I learnt so much about myself and life and ultimately gained so much too (like my health and happiness! 😂)
My 2 cents: delegate work that can be delegated. Be it to a machine, a human, or an organisation. Think of it as money spent to buy time & peace of mind. When very stressed become hyper aware of your surroundings. See, hear, smell everything in the immediate surroundings. It helps redirect our focus. The way you treat other people, family & friends, rub off on your kids. It's the reality. I may have my differences with my mother, but if I can't keep even a cursory interaction civil & cordial, it will be taken up by my daughter as the normal way to deal with differences.
