ROCA Hartford: Empowering Young Women with Meaningful Skills

Founded in 1988 in Massachusetts, ROCA serves a marginalized group of young women, primarily mothers, who have endured trauma from abuse and neglect. Through their renowned multi-year behavioral health intervention model, they empower disconnected young women, fostering skills for a brighter future for themselves and their children. ROCA Hartford is in its third year.
