- We'll be the first to say it: M365 isn't perfect. We know the limitations it has and how that can make project management difficult sometimes. It's not a dead end though 🙂 Emma, Mitch, and Matt discuss how Microsoft tools can work for you and more importantly how you can get through those restrictions. With a change in perspective and an open mind, we think M365 tools can increase your productivity and improve your product management experience.

Some organizations don't need a project management tool, they really need a process management tool. That is a great insight!
Thanks Joe, it's a common thing we run into for sure!
I've been watching your videos discussing Microsoft Loop and found them really helpful and insightful. Could you put together a Playlist of all your Loop videos?
Hi have you ever tried to create “getting things done” system or “PARA/second brain” system in the 365 ecosystem? I am currently looking at using outlook, lists and planner. Do you have any suggestions here ?
We haven't, but that's a great idea! I know there's lots of systems like that that people use, it would be great to be able to see if/how it can. be done in the Microsoft world.
@@BulbDigital I am about to finish a working model. Maybe we can link up when it’s done…..
Would like to hear your thoughts on the new planner set up.
Oh we have lots of thoughts about Planner :) ruclips.net/video/vb0wjBV0tDk/видео.html
Planner didn't win people over, because it is just a horrible, clunky product. How Microsoft acquired Wunderlist in 2015 and simply just broke it instead of using it as the backbone of collaborative to do lists and lightweight project management is beyond me.
Yep, the opportunity is there, it's a shame they don't drop some of the politics and just make something great.
