Good stuff, Roman. This video is quite inspiring as I also have the edge. I finally decided to start my channel showcasing ideas and jam sessions then turning them into loops and into songs. Thanks for the legit content. Subbed.
Just got mine today, a really nice way I found to patch it is to patch OSC1 or OSC2 to the Trigger in. This really gets the "bleep bloop" going and depending on how you use the filter envelope and decay as well as VCA you can have evolving patterns ;)
Not sure if it's some issue on my end, but the sound from the EDGE only seems to be coming out on the left channel initially in this video (it sounds fine after the recording's playing from Ableton @ 11:20). Still really enjoyed the video though, thanks the walkthrough!
in this case, do you sync the Edge over USB? When I check 8:50 for example, it seems to record with almost zero latency. How did you sync it? I know you have a latency video, just wondering how yo have the latency so tight only with the Edge over USB because your latency video is about midi clock stuff. Do you have delay compensation and reduced latency when monitoring in ableton settings turned on? And that "keep latency" button, which you cant see here because you have the track options turned off... ? great vid anyways, thanks

Yeah, synced via usb, low sample rate, there are also no plugins so there is really low cpu usage at all. Keep Latancy and Monitoring always off.
best 200€ i ever paid for a piece of hardware.
100 % gegen den edge Top teil !!!!!!!! Und Midi
