- (8-1-19) This is another unique station with some neat elevators. There are three elevators at this station: one to the street, and two up to a crossover bridge.

If you ever go to Atlanta, you definitely should get elevator pictures/videos at the Embassy Suites in Atlanta Perimeter Center which is Sandy Springs, GA. I stayed there when I was 12 on 7/5/2008-7/6/2008 and when I was 18 on 7/27/2014-7/30/2014! 😃😃😀😀😀😀😃😀😀😀😀😀😀
I want to go to Atlanta sometime.

It is an overhead or basement traction machine? Traction was probably installed in lieu of a hydraulic elevator due to underground utilities
Neither - the machines for the first and second elevators are located right next to each other on the platform (second) level, making the second one a bottom-drive. I’m not sure what the term is for the machine layout of the first one.

@@matte5552 The last elevator you got on showing the hoist hopes and counterweight, I take was the 1st elevator? It could be a basement traction (bottom drive) With the sheave room above the shaft ceiling, one set for the cab 2nd set for the counterweight angled to the back corner.
