Looking at drone footage of cities it's obvious which buildings add little to the vista and should be demolished and it's always the post war buildings, especially anything from the 1960s and 70's, truly a shocking time for architecture but the bigger question is why are they still there ! Contemporary ones are much better but some for sure are marmites. For example that concrete slab building with *pearl* written on it,( 0:12 ) doesn't belong there and is in the way and just by deconstructing that would open a wonderful view of that St Paul's looking building. I could see that right away, why can't the people who run this city see it
