I think Godrick broke because he might be using the storm move when he gets hit multiple times to get the player away from him. So each spell would hit him enough times to trigger the "away! away!" move?

What if this spell dealt piercing damage and as such, would deal increased damage during opponent's attack animations and would profit off of the spear talisman? I think that would give it a niche and make it more unique and viable
I'm fairly certain it does do piercing damage, but the spear talisman only applies to weapon damage

Multi hit spells sucks until you geth higher incant scaling because of how flat defenses work.
that only matters in pvp, this thing is bad cause it's inconsistent on how many you hit with any time you cast it, usually going past them whiffing them but still have to be close or more will miss

7:00 if they haven't fixed it using the Azur staff offhand won't cost more FP when casting incants as opposed to spells but still boost casting speed
The debuff to fashion souls by looking like an idiot while holding 2 casting tools is a fair trade off, there's nothing to fix.

I feel like the spell would be better if it had like 15 bleed (and o lot when you do the fully charged version or that how much bleed you’ll get from using it)

I'm kinda mad that they added all of these cool looking incantations and spells, but the only good ones can be counted on one hand. KLS, Pest Thread Spears, Grav Missile, and the Glintstone Nail, Bayle's Flame Lightning, like come on, why are you jorkin me?

Has anyone checked to see if this works with and deals more damage with Brier armor plus the thorns spike spell on yourself the cast the quills right on the person if it stacks and does more DMG?

If you want true pain Dist, you should try a run with the aspect of the crucible: bloom spell from the dlc, that thing barely hits anything lol, it's so bad.

46:15 i love when a bosses difficulty comes from input reading but they have no inputs to read. Literally had Margit sit there for over a minute tapping my shield with his stick on his first play-through before I moved to the left and he immediately went into his 5-6 hit combo

This spell is not as bad as I thought but it's still pretty bad. It hits terrible vs small targets and merely ok vs big ones. The good spells are either strong vs both or ok on small and stupidly powerful vs big.
A lot of the dlc spells and incants just need huge buffs and bug fixes in general, so here's to hoping From picks up on how pitiful they are (or game-breakingly busted in Impenetrable Thorns' case). Would also like them to buff the perfume ashes of war to make them actually usable in pve. They were just really cool, so it sucks now that they deal about as much damage as a one handed light attack. Let the pve get utterly destroyed by Rolling Sparks, just have it be one hit max for players and npcs.
Impenetrable thorns is working as intended just that the numbers are definitely higher than they should be as if I remember right each thorn has 3 hitboxes and each deal 85 bleed so it deals 85 bleed 9 times if you hit with all the thorns
So simply put OP and will always be because it's 9 hitboxes that if all hit even if the reduce it to 45 bleed it will still guarantee a bleed proc
@@Edelgard-and-Claude-simp it may be working as intended but that doesn’t mean it’s not absolutely broken. It’s definitely going to get nerfed, most likely by reducing the bleed buildup and having each entity only be hit by one thorn trail instead of all three.
@@davidpotts7116 oh definitely however it'll still be stupidly powerful even if they reduce the bleed down to 45 and make it 3 hitboxes because that'll still be 135 bleed at point blank and they can't exactly make the bleed any lower without breaking it's balancing
You want impenetrable thorns to get nerfed ( rightfully soo ) but rolling sparks to be nasty op again ? Weird, though i think perfumes should get buffed to be more viable, i also agree that there's a lot of new bad/terrible spells
@@jajasking9652 not to be OP again, just for the AoW to do more damage than a single light attack. They way overdid it with nerfing the perfumes to the point where they’re useless against normal pve
In short: Crucible-fans, just use Tail. Looks cooler and is better in every way

Yo you can kill Anna by just climbing back up the ladder a little bit so she can't hit you with the claws then when she starts to climb the ladder jump off and it will break her Ai. Check Gino's video for the strat if you need to see some one doing it. It works every time
