False he can not destroy multiverses this is a lie and misconception spread by fan sites and people who don't have the correct information for Hereos. Even Bandai themselves debunked this with multiple interviews and scans which I have as I cover Heroes on my channel.
Cumber is so cool and badass love his voice and attitude and truly shows the Saiyan nature of wanting to fight anyone that is strong no matter good or evil

You forgot one thing that Fu himself kept Cumber locked for ages and ages draining his evil ki and using it to power up other beings or turn those beings to become evil, later on it was original goku black zamasu that also did that, which he took the work of Fu and used it for his own goals just like Black G Zamasu having the scrolls to summoun Xeno Omega Dragon out of nowhere. And eventually Cumber looses his or most of his Evil energy and just becomes a saiyan
