For the gel pedi if you file the top "sealant" layer off you can remove with polish remover. That's what they do at my salon. You will have to leave a soaked cotton ball/pad for a few seconds though.

I dunno if it helps but I have trouble too keeping motivated and staying productive with lots on my plate. And then I told myself the only person I’m hurting is myself, and I am worthy and I won’t let myself down. And when I tell myself I won’t let myself down, I listen and don’t, and that helps me be productive :).
Have you thought about attending the Textworld? As a seamstress and museum textile curator who works with fashion it’s the easiest way to source fabrics. Also I am glad to be back as a follower. I unsubscribed due to the wedding stuff, but I’m back now that you’re over that hump of celebration. I like all the other lifestyle content, no hate, just what I chose to consume. But anyways check out the world show it’s online this year but usually at the Javits and a one stop shop for most desires in branding and production. Be Safe-

A quick suggestion for your back pain, I get a very similar feeling you were describing especially when carrying heavy bags around the city. My go-to is a couple of lacrosse balls in a long thick sock, twist the sock on the end and fold back over the balls. Adjust yourself on the ground so the lacrosse balls are on either side of your spine and roll your back out like you would on a foam roller. You can also do this against a flat wall. Hope this helps! Love your videos and I can't wait for you to announce what you're working on!
This sounds so nice. I actually have a really good foam roller and didn't even think about using it. I wonder if I could put this in my chair and use it while I sit and work.
@@ashbrooke Okay, you might be on to something here! Trying the foam roller behind the chair method tomorrow while working. One more suggestion is to look into taking a magnesium supplement instead of Advil for your headache (if you get headaches frequently).
I love the rawness of this video. I moved out of the N.Y. Area with my husband, cat and dog about 5 years ago and bought a house in Pennsylvania, 2 hours away from pittsburgh in the mountains for 50,000.00 outright. The reason I am saying this to you is because I can see whats happened there and can sense how its going to be there for the next few years at least. Not good. You and Ryan would be able to pick up a house at a bargain right now and turn around and sell it when things in NY get better. Texas may have some great options for you at a bargain right now. I know its none of my business but something about the vibe over there and the fact that you guys are such great humans made me say all this, usually i just keep quiet about this kind of thing. New york will go back to her former wonderful beautiful self but its going to take a lot of time, years probably, might as well make a nice investment in the interum. Thank you for sharing your experience. It's a conversation that Ryan and I have on a daily basis at this point. While NYC definitely isn't as bad as the media makes it out to be, it's still not anywhere near the same. This is a tough decision that we'll have to make pretty quick, but I agree with everything you're saying. It would also be nice to be close to our families.

My headaches have been almost everyday and almost always turn into a migraine. What has really worked for me is aleve liquid gels extra strength. If you haven't already tried them they save my life daily! And you may need to do some background on Ryan I'm pretty sure he may work for Hitler!! Lol!! But why no dang testers?! Several yrs ago in Walmart I sprayed a spray there was no tester obviously. And this employee flipped out on me told me I was shop lifting. I was like wth you have to have a tester who buys something that smells without smelling it!! It's fair game if there is no tester! Get your testers together people!
Why don't you buy a cart with those wheels on them to haul your fabric and other items. The tall looking ones. I think some people use them for groceries. Just an idea. Love your Vlogs. ❤

ASHLEY!! Quick tip: since you live in the city you need to go to 23rd street and Avenue of the Americas.. the store Harmon Face Values its next to Michael's. The reason I say that because I saw that the Maybelline lipsticks were almost 12 dollars and in the store i mentioned they are like 6/7/8 dollars. All drugstore makeup is priced lower there compare of rite aid or walgreens or duane reade. I usually take the F/M train because it leaves you like a 3 minute walk but you can also take the A/C/1 train. I hope you end up checking it out i love that store :) LOVE YOU!!

I get tightning in my back muscles too, I would recommend putting pressure on the muscle/massaging and it should let go.

Could your back pain and headaches be related. A chiropractor may help you. Headaches can quite often be related to your neck needing an adjustment.
