Hi. I watched your site about these brushes. I loved how they looked so I ordered them. I never had a chance to try them until a few days ago and absolutely love them. I am new to watercolor and love 💕 your site. I have learned so much from you. You are never too late to learn, as I just had my 70th birthday in March. Thanks for all your time you spend on RUclips and the knowledge you pass on. God Bless you and your family.
After watching your video, I immediately bought the brush set and I have to say, the brushes are my new favorite by far! Thank you so much for the demo and for the amazing tutorials! I’m so glad I found your channel!
Oh wow, Emma, I watched this video then when you said craftamo was a UK company (and I’m from the UK) I googled it and ordered this set of brushes. I’ve bought various low budget sets lately and though they were ok I just wasn’t getting the results I wanted so thought it must just be me! The craftamo ones arrived yesterday and today I’ve tried out the size 10 brush. I really can’t believe how much a good quality brush improves the painting! You said the better materials make a difference and you weren’t wrong! I’m so thrilled and excited about carrying on with my newfound hobby and hopefully getting to a standard I’m happy with! Thanks for the review! Love all your videos and your paintings :)
The code brought it to $50.40 (US) although I didn't need new brushes, I love the Silver Black Velvets, but when I want finer detail they can be a bit floppy. Thank you Emma for another great video.
Hi Emma, thank you so much for sharing this.. as I couldn’t purchase the other brush you use from Bangladesh. But I was able to just place order for these brushes! Love all your videos and I actually started watercolour painting because of you!! ❤️
Thanks for the video. Yes, brushes are a personal thing. Princeton snap are a little too stiff for me to paint watercolor. I love them for gouache and color swatches. I’m always willing to try out new brushes, though! I have quite a variety and like each one for different reasons and different brush strokes. Im going to give these a try.
I just ordered a set of these I’m so happy to try them out! Can you do a tutorial on using the detail brushes I would love to see details on your watercoloring 😍😍

I bought them 4 months ago with EMMA discount and they were already discounted to $56. I paid $50, no shipping in USA. My only question is that I understand these are Eco friendly but Craftamo does not tell you what the bristles are made of. Why? Hi Emma! I just want to tell (warn) you that this site is offering their own 15% discount when you go to them. I think this is so nasty to you since you’re the reason I heard of them and they’re “beating” your offer. Lindsey the frugal crafter did a video on this type of practice, and I totally agree with how wrong it is. For that reason I won’t buy these brushes, nor do I want to support a company like this. Ps. I was about to order them before even finishing your video. lol
Thank you for the headsup, I was considering them since Emma was recommending them. Thats a very deceitful practice and so unfair to Emma. What a shame :(
I experienced the same thing. Worse than that, although my order qualified for free shipping according to them as soon as I used the discount code it took off a little over $8 But then added shipping of $9.99 as soon as I made payment. What kind of trickery is that? I immediately reached out to the company to ask them to cancel my order. I hate sneaky tricks like that.
I see they are sold out now and that is obviously because of Emma. I was there to purchase before even finishing her video. Terrible of this company. They’ve totally used and undercut her.

I am very unhappy with Craftamo. I ordered the paint brushes on 1/20, paid $14.99 for expedited shipping and tracking. So product as of today, 1/31, in addition when I inquired about getting a tracking number or delivery information I received an automated reply. It stated they would look into it and usually respond in 24 hours, that was Thursday, here we are on Sunday, no update. Final update - I did receive the product a few days later, and they acknowledged that it shipped without tracking and they refunded my shipping cost.
Hi Tyna, I'm glad your shipping issue got resolved in the end - it's been very difficult to predict delivery timescales recently. I hope you love the brushes! Kind regards, Marielle

But I did notice that the bamboo brushes do not hold the same amount of water! 🧑🏻🎨 ....but I guess when your sent free brushes what else can you do but use them! 😉
Discount code doesn't work
Hi Francine, Emma's code should be working ok, please can you check and try again. Let us know if you have any problems! ~Marielle

Thank you! It works now. I tried twice last evening!
Excited to use my new brushes!
👍
Ps. I was about to order them before even finishing your video. lol
Perhaps these 2 offers can be combined..? (Though I guess not)
Thank you for the headsup, I was considering them since Emma was recommending them.
What is your source ? I can’t seem to find them .....sold out on their website
I see they are sold out now and that is obviously because of Emma.
I was there to purchase before even finishing her video.
Terrible of this company. They’ve totally used and undercut her.
They are sold out. :( Great review. thanks.
Hi Christine, they are in stock now - please check again. ~Marielle
@@Craftamo thank you! Ordering now! It looks like you have other great products, too!
I've had a set in my basket at Amazon for awhile, just awaiting some funds lol.
Need to know how to order.
@@sueholloway1406 why don't you check out their FB group - they may be able to help you: facebook.com/Craftamo/?goal=0_c81438fb03-1c57f40cc3-122634536&mc_cid=1c57f40cc3&mc_eid=6123199ed6
42 seconds late , 1st like and comment
Yay
I seriously just bought 5 snap brushes because you use them. They will be here tomorrow. 🤦🏼♀️
I Ordered them too, after watching Emma’s recommendations many times. I ordered a few weeks ago on Amazon.ca. Emma is right they can be hard to get. Even with Prime it will take almost three weeks to get them. I’m still super excited to be able to paint along with Emma using what she recommends and uses herself. I love how she never pushes though and will encourage you to use what you have too. Options are nice to have if you can have them.
Still love the Princeton snaps too!
Unfortunately, they are sold out.
Update, I finally received the paintbrushes, no tracking, rather late from Craftamo. Poor customer service, however, so far the brushes are fine.
Hi Tyna,
Please can you email us at: support@craftamo.com and we can address your concerns immediately.
We aim to have first class customer service, so I'm very sorry to read that you were less than satisfied on this occasion. We look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Marielle
I am very unhappy with Craftamo. I ordered the paint brushes on 1/20, paid $14.99 for expedited shipping and tracking. So product as of today, 1/31, in addition when I inquired about getting a tracking number or delivery information I received an automated reply. It stated they would look into it and usually respond in 24 hours, that was Thursday, here we are on Sunday, no update. Final update - I did receive the product a few days later, and they acknowledged that it shipped without tracking and they refunded my shipping cost.
It might not be Craftamo, but the courier company's issue. I've seen a vendor lament about her orders getting lost and delayed 3 times in a row. 😯
Hi Tyna,
I'm glad your shipping issue got resolved in the end - it's been very difficult to predict delivery timescales recently. I hope you love the brushes!
Kind regards,
Marielle
Per favore sottotitoli in italiano o francese. Thank you.
It is a shame, I was looking forward to your comments however instead of talking the elevator music kicked in which I mute , sadly if you decide to talk I don't hear you. I turn on to learn and for me that takes not only my eyes but hearing if I want music I would turn it on and as far as myself I normally turn my tv and music off to watch an art video so I don't miss anything. I simply stated this to give you thought at least from my side I realize you are trying to fill space, They look nice and you seem happy very nice,
Well this wasn’t really a tutorial on the painting. I have tons of those. This was more of a demo to show you how the brushes worked. Before and after the painting I gave all my comments I had on the brushes. If you’d like a more instructional video on these types of paintings, take a look through my videos. I have a ton!
Emma your so beautiful! Would love to have you in islam!
