Take down Igris The Red with break spam and a light weapon everyone has access to. Igris is the Chapter 8 boss, which can cause grief to new players, but there's a simple strategy that you can beat him with just SRs.

used your plan to an adapted it to what i had at lv 31. XD coulnd't beat it while above 30% hp but can go back later for it

Completing this in hard mode is even more hard then this because his attacks does ridiculous amounts of damage

You just need to complete all the challenges before it. Then just click on it to claim it. Did you do chapter 4 completely?
