A special cardiomyopathy

The clip shows a special cardiomyopathy, an example of an arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy. Or, to speak more generally - as the left ventricle is often also affected in this cardiomyopathy - arrhythmogenic dysplasia. The diagnosis can not only be made by echo, but there a major and minor echo criteria, e.g. looking at regional wall motion abnormalities, the diameter of the RVOT and the fractional area change.
