The Alt trick while cropping the webcam blew my mind. I've always wanted to be able to crop my web cam either top to bottom or left to right but they are locked by just dragging the cursor. Thank you so much!

im very grateful to have found your channel i love your videos :) i was just wondering how in OBS do you adjust the zoom distance of the view display. the rectangle that shows the record boundaries. mine is fixed and sometimes very difficult to in this case zoom using the bounding box when it often falls outside the mouse reach area. hope i make sense thanks a lot :)

I am learning everything to do Indie, but have not addressed the Audio yet. I think this should be extremely helpful. Question, have you a tutor on Syncing audio, video, etc. I am thinking that in OBS the issues need to be addressed prior to Recording, is that right? Any Suggestions?

Hello love your tutorials! I've DL the move plug-in for macOS (Comes in three files) and dragged the files in on my obs-studio folder. When I check my scene transition, I can't seem to find the plug-in. Any idea why?...
2:46 it would not let me add existing camera the OK was dimmed out so I could not select it what do I do. Thank you very much for your videos
@2:40 your empty/blank frame was already so small, making it easier to stretch your camera view. How did you get that initial empty/blank frame so small ??
Is it possible to do the Zoom transition within Sources instead of Scenes? For my setup I'm constantly recording one source which I switch between different scenes within. Then a specific Source (grouping of alike scenes) is used a virtual webcam.
If I set the transition override on the specific Scenes (within the sources of the recorded scene) it doesn't look like a zoom in/out effect anymore. Instead it looks like the top scene is zooming out while the bottom scene remains regularly visible (not transitioning from the top to bottom scene like a camera Zoom).
Not sure if this made sense, I loved the video and it works great if switching between scenes in the scene panel, but I need to switch scenes within the sources panel.

Hmmm... I noticed "Add: Move" wasn't in my Transition list. Fumbled a bit then though to close and reopen OBS. Add Move showed up fine after that.

When searching for "move transition", I find that it does not work according to the forum notes. 12/29/23. I guess 2 years is a long time to expect this to be accurate :(

Plugins do not work in streamlabs. That’s why the title says obs tutorial.

Mike, change the title, I thought this had something do to with "Zoom" the chat program and almost didn't watch, I'm not interested in that program.
But it is not about that .... a title swap is in order
Just double click on your camera, press “configure video” go to the second tab and then zoom in without all this nonsense
