Good for you Mark. It’s so wonderful getting to that place again. It took me YEARS to start dating again and several years of dating & failing to the point I was giving up again- and then I met the most perfect guy. Him and I complete the hell out of each other and I’ve never had anything so easy going and secure. We’ve been together for years at this point and things are still only getting better. Never give up! Falling in love again is totally worth the journey 🥰

Hey Mark. When I was a kid I used to loathe going to bed early. Now in my mid-fifties, 9 o'clock is my limit. I am usually in bed by 8:30 and then I spend an hour reading. Since University I cultivated my reading for fun instead of academics. Now I bounce between a Pod Cast and a book, depending on my mood. Reading can be fun, if you spend time working on your time allocation and commitment to the read.

I completely agree with watching short videos versus sitting and watching a full video like yours. Plus, not sure if this happens to you, but to some extent, I can easily become tired of watching so many short videos through Tiktok or Instagram reels and whatnot, versus sitting down on my Mac and watching videos like yours for a period of time. I feel my mind feeds it differently as well, hehe.

Regarding your short-form vs long form content comment, I agree - my mind also feels melted and exhausted after watching a lot of short-form content. But every other day, TikTok likes to show me educational and life-hack content that i feel makes up for it as I learn things. I feel like as long as we do some sort of physical + mental (i.e. reading, studying) exercise, we can help our brain feel less overstimulated.

On the chance you do see this, just know that I have watched your videos since I was in middle school. So much has happened in my life since then. I’ve become an adult, I’ll be turning 22 soon. Throughout this video, I just couldn't stop looking at your hands/arms which, along with the neck, are 2 of my favorite male body parts. And yours, Sir, just look so fit and strong, like they would feel great, wrapped around me in a warm embrace; something I haven't felt in a very long time, just from being in a wheelchair and not being able to give or receive a REAL, proper hug.
