  • This location is not on the so called (Urbex map) so you won’t see it anywhere els. Sadly the owner was a hoarder and spent the last years of her life in a complete mess. Nobody has been inside this home a very long time. We found a safe way in without causing any damage and left everything the way we kind it as always.

    That lady in the picture had such a lovely, warm face. I wonder if she passed before her husband, and he just couldn’t cope without her? So sad 😞 You were so respectful towards these owners. It really makes you think we need to keep an eye on our older generation. They have a wise head on their shoulders, we could learn a lot from them. Thank you for this amazing find 💓💓💓

    You just can’t get your head around how things got so bad for her .. she once upon a time clearly had standards and loved her things but declining health and old age made things spiral out of control. It’s so sad ,

      That is one of the things I love about Colin and Nathan (Tazer) they don't go in moving bits around, wrecking the place etc etc, I have even seen one explorer throwing up in an abandoned house!!
      Colin and Nathan are just so respectful, they may pick things up and look at them, but they will always put it back down where it was, and as Colin said they never set things up to take a photo xxx

    I do not think that is a hoarders house. There is not enough stuff. It isn't packed out. It looks like a very cluttered house where some vandal has come in & thrown trash around & kicked the persons belongings around as well. A hoarder would fill the cupboards & shelves to the ceiling. Though there seemed more stuff in later rooms. It doesn't seem quite right for a hoarder. You have to look into the layers.
    I'm not sure exactly what happened but I do not think that lady in the photo lived in the house with it in this state, (although bearing in mind the amount of stuff it may well have already been clutterd.) The reason is partly because that lady would quite simply not have been able to get through those doors from room to room & partly because those cupboards are not a hoarders cupboards.
    I think some of that stuff arrived there around or after the time the old lady was resident. There was a significant amount of new stuff. The new clothes may well have been bought by the lady for her own use, but all the sports stuff? I wonder if maybe a family member or 'friend' 'persuaded' (As in put pressure on.) her, to allow them to store things there? An elderly gent I know has had this happen to him & he only has a small place.
    I think the place was already cluttered & then something else happened in addition. I just don't know what. I think that the house was already cluttered, which older persons homes can get as one does tend to acquire stuff over the years. But then something else happened. I suspect she was already becoming limited in what she was able to cope with due to health problems & she would not have had the energy to be sorting out piles of stuff, then somehow someone has persuaded her to let them bring stuff there too, or something like that, and it has brought about a situation where she could no longer cope at all.
    I think it likely that the yogurt pots & other rubbish were not there at all while she lived there as they seem to be very much in the superficial layer. I think that rubbish has been thrown around later. She was not keeping rubbish. In the cupboards there is no rubbish at all but worthwhile possessions & they are neatly arranged too & not stacked to the ceiling either. Look at that wardrobe for example, it is in completely normal use. Theres no hoarder pattern use there.
    Also hoarding is quite a specific condition, it is not just the amount of stuff but keeping stuff which is of absolutely no use, which is decaying & which is actually hazardous. Anyway that's my tuppennyworth. All the best.

    Lol, every time explorers go to abandoned houses, and see the fridge freezer, they always have to open it, and every time, its gross lol, but they still do it, every time, every house!!
    What an explore this was, I cant believe how much stuff there was downstairs!! And that you couldn't open the door to that one room!

    So sad that someone who was so desperately ill mentally had no help to combat this illness. I have a friend who paid thousands to have her home cleared room by room while receiving counciling last year and although I have not been back inside her place I know by the amount she buys that she is hoarding again. She is a spinster aged 73yrs old and although she eats out everyday, will still buy heaps if groceries each week. I am older than her, a retired Nurse and just don't need the hassle of it again. Thank you for the video, this maybe will help everyone understand what a variation mental health issues can take.

      I spotted some Walkers Crisp packets with the 70th Birthday branding on it, which means some of the rubbish is from 2018. There was also the box of a BT Home Hub 3, which is from around 2012.

    • @margheritaf561
      @margheritaf561 3 года назад +1

      Wow! So it’s definitely not that long that this house has been abandoned. It’s probably the fact that was a old place to start with, plus being surrounded by wild nature and exposed to the weather elements that made it rapidly decay.

    • @Cruga7h
      @Cruga7h 3 года назад

      03:03 for the 70th birthday crisp packet. It's in the top-right of the frame, a blue cheese and onion bag.
      09:52 for the BT Home Hub 3, right in the middle of the frame. There is another shot of it later, but this one's clearest if you pause at the right moment...

    It is a little sad and beautiful at the same time, a little difficult to explain, we know that someone lived there, maybe it was all that was left of his/her passage on earth, a life story, memories, sad or happy, what we see today is like a heap of fragments lost in time, for someone, one day, this meant everything. Thanks for share.

It makes me very sad to see if that pictured poor lady actually lived here😔Even though she was a hoarder, it’s sad that she had to live alone & try to ambulate through this mess!!! A company would have to come in & clean this out to take any salvaged items to Goodwill or a charity. I don’t know if this house could be saved, given the condition of the structure. Thank you for sharing this disturbing property...I’m going to go clean my house right now❤️

    Without a shadow of a doubt they're the best cobwebs ever on an abandoned home! 🕸️😍 Curious as to how they're so thick, dense and filthy especially when there was a Holland and Barrett bottle on the mantlepiece and a Works carrier bag in a room. I'm thinking because of the hoarding there was no room to dust and clean them away perhaps for a few decades or more. Seeing her photo was really sad. I know you always put Everything back in its exact place, but I would have been tempted to place her photograph on the mantlepiece, not as staging but more honouring. Noone cleared that place out, yet the skateboards and badminton rackets imply children, or grandchildren as they're odd items for an older hoarder to collect. It seems that nothing personal was taken after the passing of the owner, and that's incredibly sad. My father hoarded, not to That degree and my relationship with him was toxic but I still have a few wee momentos. Such a sad house but treated with such dignity by yourself ❤️

    That car is really like something out of The Mist. Those cobwebs everywhere is really fascinating. I guess flies were attracted to the place and in turn attracted the spiders which makes it all so sad. Especially when you see the picture of the woman in the chair in that very room. So many memories left there.

Those webs have been there since before the house was abandoned, the owner has likely not cleaned the house at all in years...

    Honestly I have never seen that many cobwebs in one house in my life and it's so sad to see what was someone's life like this

    The TV at the beginning of the video isn't that old I don't think. Not the latest technology but not ancient either.
    Another thing is I have noticed how many urban explorers and paranormal activity investigators have tattoos on their necks/hands/etc...

    looks like the lady died and the man went the wrong way , you will be suprised how quickly things can go south after a life partner dies. I do house clearances, and have seen a lot worse than this and some of the stories are heart breaking . You guys need to get some ppe . get some masks . you don't know what you are breathing in. When we do our work we are covered from head to toe . Loved the video looked like a day at work

    I used to clean houses for a living. I've been in places like that and worse. Alot of hoarding is due to compulsive buying. It's sad to see.

    That fridge is from like 2017 I think its a Samsung one. I'm going to guess as she got older she couldnt get into some of the rooms any more and abandoned them. It happens often in hoarder homes that they end up confined to just one room as there mobility decreases or there's just that much stuff they can no longer access them.
