I have the same style only 12 meters and we easily had 35 people on board in Amsterdam. Full 220 volts equipment, toilet and massive sound system (4800 watts). Fun and party boat :--) with fridges for 60 bottles of wine and yes we needed it.

Really like this design and it's great to see something new on the US waters. This would be an ideal tender/day boat

Let us face reality, This is a very practical work boat, analogous to a sturdy working Mule. If you put lipstick on a mule, it will remain a hard working mule or a castrated stallion. That moderate VEE bottom results in impulsive riding on a two foot wavy sea, where that speed cannot be sustained without injuring spines. The colour is too dark, it will get too hot in our sun. That colour is not safe and cannot be seen at a distance, I would choose a more visible colour that can be recognised in dark surroundings.
I originated from boatbuilding ancestors, going back to 1708. We built wooden traditional Maltese boats. There are a few of them to fit the diverse requirements for inshore and close shore fishing and boating fun. Here is the typical shape we use. The bows are high and flared to make them dry, as we get high short waves. Some used oars, others Lateen sail, but modern ones use inboard engines .They are open displacement hulls, with a straight keel for easier launching and careening using, simple means. We have two pointed boats and truncated ones with a transom.

We've had major issues with our Damsko 1000 and currently involved in legal proceedings with Lekker. Caveat Emptor!

Great looking boat for the lakes.. Just came across this the other day and now I have to have one.. Once I sell my Grady in the next couple of years, this will be the boat to get. We like to entertain, go to sand bars, and just put around and enjoy the lake. Now, what's the price?

@@DenisonYachting $124k new? Not too bad assume it is smaller motor without cabin?

So, it's a classically inspired passenger launch, suitable as a yacht tender or an inshore family day cruiser/casual weekender (at a stretch). Looks like it can go in the ocean on a calm day, but there is a reason ocean-going vessels backed off the plumb stem, even if it provides here the volume to allow a small berth. The hull-speed factor would make sense if it was a displacement boat, but as it gets on plane, the hull shape is clearly an aesthetic, throw-back choice. I’d be curious to see if it sells in the States.

The feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're excited to see what the future holds for this style of boat. Appreciate the insight!

I’m not a boat expert but that guy is hitting a VERY niche market lol. Nobody is going to have 16-25 people on that.
