Ah I’m so glad you guys posted this! I’ve been drinking celery juice every morning for 3 months now and I honestly feel amazing! So glad you are doing the same it’s such a healing thing to do 🙌🏼
New year's "intentions" is what I've learned is best to say. You don't feel bad for not achieving your resolution or goal and can be more positive about everything if you don't do what you intended. Less stress about the whole thing then and you can feel more positive about the outcome then!
If that works for you, awesome! But in my mind, intending to do something would never actually give me enough motivation to do it. Like, I intend to do lots of things every day and only half get done, which doesn't make me feel good sometimes. Ya know? But if that word works for you, awesome! Better than resolutions! 👌😊🙏
I believe celery is in the dirty dozen of foods that should always be organic every year. This is crucial to anything you are having routinely in large amounts if it's true. I know Costco sells organic celery at a decent bulk price.
I just bought his book in Nov! I started filling him a year ago though. He has many amazing books. I also do not like celery but I did start off at a smaller amount to work my way up to the 16oz and now I do not mind it. I started drinking it about 6 months ago maybe 9 lol
Hello! I have lots of junk going on inside, so I feel like juicing celery daily will help me heal it. I look forward to buying my Celery so I can get started! I need a Juice Machine too! LOL! You look healthy so thats great!
Would you recommend celery or a different juice if you have a sensitive stomach? I’ve been having horrible stomach pains and food intolerances so I just want something that helps relieve the bloating and is easy on my stomach. Thanks xx 💕
If you aren't intolerant try some kefir. It will sort out your stomach and tolerance. Might be unpleasant for first 3 days though so make sure you're near a toilet.
Do you have a juicer you would recommend? I have eczema and have plan trying celery juice. How long after drinking it did you see results with your skin?
YES glad to hear. We were on hiatus with the baby, but soon releasing a video about juicers. Actually, I think I put the links to the juicers i've had in the description box of this video! Celery will hep your skin. Some people are healed in a week. Some a year. Try it!
@@Easymealpreprecipes I actually started celery juice shortly after I posted this comment and saw results in under 24 hours. My dermatologist was super impressed. My dermatologist told me that results I have seen in a months time usually takes people months to see and for me to keep juicing. :-) I also have recently bought an Omega cube which I love but have found it not good for soft veggies (like cucumber) and soft fruits but that is cool since I mostly do celery.
Omg thank you so much I Hate Celery Juice lol but I will do it I know juicing is really Good to I'm going tomorrow to get alot of celery so I can Juice it up and drink it up thank you for the video and the information.
I don't eat raw celery and I was surprised that it was very smooth, naturally salty.. not at all what I was expecting. I juice organic only, find the non organic bitter and gross. Can't juice leaves either but it's much better than I though. You can train yourself with adding cucumber and apples and gradually adding less of both till you're comfortable.
I have researched that when choosing a juicer, opt for the slow masticating juicers with very very low RPM's. Were talking about below 50 RPM so that it does not kill the heat sensitive nutrients. I checked on the Breville you recommended and it spins 13K RPM. What are your thoughts about it? I mean if we are going to spend a lot of money, might as well get it right the first time?
Steph and Adam I juice on Sundays. I put all of my juice in mason jars, vacuum seal them and refrigerate the jars. I have zero issues with oxidation. So yes...yes you can juice on sundays for the week. Plus, juicing every morning isn’t an option for everyone and saying that juicing every morning is the only option really turns a ton of people off of juicing. Juicing and vacuum sealing is better than not juicing at all.
If you are using that fast juicer most of your nutrients are getting oxidised by the high speed. That juicer spins at over 1800 rpms . Get a slow juicer. (spins at 40 rpms). look up discount juicers on youtube
I would like to know some facts what exactly heals in it? MY guess is .. that People who got the discipline to juice that thing EVERY morning and buy these things in a ton every week, Start to live more healthy and are more minded in their intake in General. Just my spontanous thought, maybe there is something super great in it, which i simply doesnt know of.. its just a thought , no judgement or negative feelings
I was already eating incredibly healthily before I started it. It didn't motivate me to change my lifestyle, it was just a new thing I added it. Like I said, I'm not good at rattling off information, but you can Google medical medium celery juice and read all about it!
@@Easymealpreprecipes Oki thanks :) all the best for your family & child, i have a 6 year old daughter and its the best thing that ever happened to us! Looking up celery facts in Germany now (Also cheaper here 😏👋) watching your vids since years, keep on doing What your doing 🍉
I want to try celery juice but I don’t want to buy a juicer to try it, would using my vitamix work? And if so, how much water do you think I should add to it?
Nut milk bag are the easiest to use and wash, I prefer that over cheesecloth to strain. Get organic celery, and don't do the leaves, they are a bit more bitter. Go on Medical medium Instagram, he has videos of using a vitamix.
I watched a lady use her blender an then put it in a nut bag an squeezed the juice out. She said it was a lot easier to clean up than the juicer. I tried it for the first time today. I think she's right

Your video is named "How To Juice Celery"... you talk about yourself, skip the part where you wash it and accelerate the part where you use your machine, while providing no actual information on how to juice celery. Disappointed

Yep !! That's where we get it... But sometimes Costco doesn't have it and it's a total bummer!!
It does not have to be organic, don't be fooled.
Rico Suave Does not have to be but if you are diligent enough to scrub off all those pesticides in the celery then should be fine

Whoooot whoot! I’m a bit late but I’m watching now 😁
All good!

YES!!!! try the celery juice but maybe start with only 8 oz and work your way up. Google medical medium celery juice and it will help 😊👌
Steph and Adam thank you so much for the reply 😊 I will try this!!
Try detox organics
If you aren't intolerant try some kefir. It will sort out your stomach and tolerance. Might be unpleasant for first 3 days though so make sure you're near a toilet.
it helps rebuilding the stomach acid
Hi Steph and Adam! Would a 16oz glass of celery juice in the am still hold your fast if you are intermittent fasting??

Hello, you are doing great,I’m doing it too but my juicer is not as easy as yours. What is the name brand of your juicer ?

Aw so sweet thank you !
Sorry I dont understand. So first you drink water as first thing in the morning and then how long you wait to drink your 16 oz cellery juice?
2 of your links in the juicer section of the description are the same...
Oops! Thanks for the catch will fix in a few!
I really want to try it but I really really hate celery. The taste is just too unbearable omg. How did u overcome it?

Can't juice leaves either but it's much better than I though. You can train yourself with adding cucumber and apples and gradually adding less of both till you're comfortable.
Can you meal prepping it without loss it’s vitamins ?
Question... can you store celery in the fridge? Or does that mess w the healing process
Do you have to juice the celery each time you have it or can you do like 2 or 3 days worth at a time???
I'll answer this in the big q&a video that is coming 😊👌
No, it has to be fresh every time, with nothing else added.
I'd say, go for the masticating. When we save up money, we are buying one!
Hey I have a nutribullet do it work the same as your juicer on your video.
Not really, but I will talk about this in the Q&A video coming soon!
Can you juice the night before and keep it in the fridge for the morning?
No.. Consume it within 20mins of preparing it.
No, has to be fresh
Can you juice all the celery on a Sunday for the week?
If you put it in ball jars and use a food saver to suck out the air - yes!!!
No, I'll address this in the q&a video 😊👌
Michele Arnwine dry

Did you know you should consider drinking straight celery? Did you know all the info I shared? That's why people watch. Happy new year!
can i do juicing a night before or i have to do it same morning?
I'll talk about this in the q&a video 😊👌

Larry Richelli Slow juicer is better, however, you have to cut up the celery.
is it ok to drink if you are allergic to latex?

Would you put a apple to just so the taste can be bare able
LOL... you could, but that was not in the original recipe we recreated. :P
I want to try celery juice but I don’t want to buy a juicer to try it, would using my vitamix work? And if so, how much water do you think I should add to it?
You can blend it then squeeze it through a cheese cloth. The cheese cloth can be used multiple times.
Buy a nut cloth bag.

Can I use a nutri bullet
Awesome. Thank you !

This is for detoxing ??

Great informative video. Thank you. May I ask, do you drink celery juice during pregnancy?
I did! And had a beaaaaautiful pregnancy
Can I use a blender or it has to be a juicer maker?

thank you so much! Welcome to the fam :)
Can you get too much of a nutrient by juicing? I heard spinach has a lot of vitamin K and it can be harmful to the body.
Did you heal from your eczema yet from the medical medium?
Medical medium was an amazing help, but i discovered there was a lot of emotion stuff and I am now 99% healed. No drugs ever 🙌🥰

NO - you can't add apple! Right? It's supposed to be CELERY, 100% and thats it.
Medical medium was only trying to sell his book.

hi!
Celery juice tastes like salt.
You cannot do celery juice with other ingredients. Anthony Williams says that. It must be pure and alone. No company whatsoever!
I can't believe you are vegan , what happened to the chicken meal prep ? I used to drink juice got too much diarrhea
TallAndThin123 they have a video of why they went on plant based lifestyle... both feel better physically without meat
By letting people know that you can add it to other juices you doing them a major disservice 😢
You shouldn’t use when pregnant
