For me, "I/you have no enemies", it's like making peace. Example, someone suddenly get mad and shouted at you, normally, as a reply, everyone would do the same thing. It is like fire vs fire and spreading the fire, the hate, the anger. Instead of doing that, don't take it at heart, try to understand the person action, especially the anger, the hate. Don't make it fire vs fire, make it water vs fire. Try to understand the person, and admit you are wrong if you did wrong to them in the past. Even though you are not wrong, that person probably at worst time of its life and need help. Every person action has a reason that makes the action itself. been especially having a rough time these past 6 months. from my personal experience, just move on, imagine holding a cup together for years, and then it gets heavier because the girl doesn't want to be mine, so I had to hold the cup alone because I can't find someone like her to hold the cup together. So I just let go, get some self-improvement for myself, to prepare my body and mind, just in case someone wants to hold the cup together again.

PD: A modo de desahogo me gustaria compartir algo que me sucedio hoy, estoy en en ultimo año escolar y mi profesora jefe ya lleva 3 años con nuestro curso, hoy nos toco orientación y ella se dedico a conversar con nosotros sobre diversos temas que le preocupaban acerca del curso en general, la cuestion es que a veces mis compañeros y me incluyo, discutimos con la profe sobre lo que dice porque siempre habla de lo mismo, que el curso esta separado, que nos gustaria vernos mas unidos, etc, nos dice siempre que tenemos que empatizar tratar de conversar si tenemos diferencias o problemas los unos con otros y le encuentro mucha razon en eso siempre, hoy cuando termimo de hablarnos pregunto si alguien tenia algo mas para decir o cualquier cosa, yo levante la mano y le dije que queria decir algo, le di las gracias por tomarse el tiempo de conversar con nosotros y por ayudarnos siempre como curso, ella me dio las gracias y mis compañeros me aplaudieron y la profe me dio las gracias tambien, luego ella intento cambiar de tema para seguir la clase pero no pudo ya que se puso a llorar , una compañera se dio cuenta y ahi me di cuenta yo, asi que me pare y le fui a dar un abrazo, ella me dijo que yo era una buena persona, que era un poco inquieto, desobediente, pero que en el fondo era un muy buen niño. This is going to sound cringe but I went thru the whole edgy phase of me,ayanokouji,johan liebert,yuiichi katagiri etc. I got immensely fascinated by these and I read 48 laws of power, I read all similar books and all but still I felt that there was something missing from within as if a void. But that same day I went out and i helped a poor frail lady cross a road and simultaneously I helped a guy hold a ladder while he was climbing and that both thanked me. That void inside me got filled with warm yellow energy. It made me visualize what kindness is. It was genuinely beautiful. It is true,we have no enemies at all. And all the truly strong are the kindest. Villain arc is over. Redemption arc is here. I’ve done so much messed up things in the past because of being selfish and having no control. The want to change has only been growing. This is the final push I needed to truly commit myself to being a better person and letting go of all the hatred in my heart to truly open it up and love everything, even myself. I’m so sorry man… I’m in the exact same boat. 8 year relationship ended late April after being friends for 2 years before dating. A decade of friendship, love, and memories, as well as living abroad for 3 years, came to a screeching halt. Inciting incident was her threatening to crash my car (swerving the wheel erratically while driving it with me and the dog inside) and physically assaulting me afterwards when home. She used her hurt of me as impetus to hurt me further. I was far from perfect, and did my share of verbally abusive things too, but never crossed the lines she did. I think she felt too much shame to move forward, despite my telling her I can forgive a lot given time and sincere apologies. Oh well, it’s probably for the better. I still love her, and I know that she is not my enemy- though I doubt she sees me as anything but an antagonist.

It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. Example, someone suddenly get mad and shouted at you, normally, as a reply, everyone would do the same thing. It is like fire vs fire and spreading the fire, the hate, the anger.
Instead of doing that, don't take it at heart, try to understand the person action, especially the anger, the hate. Don't make it fire vs fire, make it water vs fire.

just move on, imagine holding a cup together for years, and then it gets heavier because the girl doesn't want to be mine, so I had to hold the cup alone because I can't find someone like her to hold the cup together.

PD: A modo de desahogo me gustaria compartir algo que me sucedio hoy, estoy en en ultimo año escolar y mi profesora jefe ya lleva 3 años con nuestro curso, hoy nos toco orientación y ella se dedico a conversar con nosotros sobre diversos temas que le preocupaban acerca del curso en general, la cuestion es que a veces mis compañeros y me incluyo, discutimos con la profe sobre lo que dice porque siempre habla de lo mismo, que el curso esta separado, que nos gustaria vernos mas unidos, etc, nos dice siempre que tenemos que empatizar tratar de conversar si tenemos diferencias o problemas los unos con otros y le encuentro mucha razon en eso siempre, hoy cuando termimo de hablarnos pregunto si alguien tenia algo mas para decir o cualquier cosa, yo levante la mano y le dije que queria decir algo, le di las gracias por tomarse el tiempo de conversar con nosotros y por ayudarnos siempre como curso, ella me dio las gracias y mis compañeros me aplaudieron y la profe me dio las gracias tambien, luego ella intento cambiar de tema para seguir la clase pero no pudo ya que se puso a llorar , una compañera se dio cuenta y ahi me di cuenta yo, asi que me pare y le fui a dar un abrazo, ella me dijo que yo era una buena persona, que era un poco inquieto, desobediente, pero que en el fondo era un muy buen niño.
El año pasado entre en una depresion, debido a diversos problemas, entre ellos estaba el que le hice daño a muchas personas que queria y a mi mismo tambien; al fin y al cabo lo que uno da recibe, entré en un estado mental en el que me veia a mi mismo como una persona horrible, sin empatia, llegue a pensar seriamente si era narcisista, pero con el tiempo me di cuenta que no era asi, luche cada dia para salir adelante y ser una mejor persona y creo que lo estoy logrando, aun me cuesta creer que soy bueno y que simplemente me equivoque pero con esto les quiero decir que porfavor no se rindan y aunque cueste y no le vean importancia alguna traten de ser buenas personas con los demas, no se dejen llevar por las modas o las malas costumbres, sean diferentes, sean unicos, no tengan miedo al que diran y menos si es por una buena accion, no saben el impacto que pueden tener sus acciones en las personas, eligan el bien. 🤍

This is going to sound cringe but I went thru the whole edgy phase of me,ayanokouji,johan liebert,yuiichi katagiri etc. I got immensely fascinated by these and I read 48 laws of power, I read all similar books and all but still I felt that there was something missing from within as if a void. But that same day I went out and i helped a poor frail lady cross a road and simultaneously I helped a guy hold a ladder while he was climbing and that both thanked me. That void inside me got filled with warm yellow energy. It made me visualize what kindness is. It was genuinely beautiful. It is true,we have no enemies at all. used to be a very upset kid, because of my mothers drinking problems and often took my anger out on my brother and pretty much anyone else. It wasn’t until my brother said the words “I hate you” that I was able to step back and look at what I’ve become. At that moment I vowed to never hurt anyone again, but I’ve broken that vow many times because I can’t control my anger. I wanted to be a better person, a happier person. The first step to that was forgiving my mother, and forgiveness is much harder than I ever thought it would be. I know this road isn’t easy but it’s the road I’ve chosen and I won’t go back again. I’m so sorry man… I’m in the exact same boat. 8 year relationship ended late April after being friends for 2 years before dating. A decade of friendship, love, and memories, as well as living abroad for 3 years, came to a screeching halt. Inciting incident was her threatening to crash my car (swerving the wheel erratically while driving it with me and the dog inside) and physically assaulting me afterwards when home. She used her hurt of me as impetus to hurt me further. I was far from perfect, and did my share of verbally abusive things too, but never crossed the lines she did. I think she felt too much shame to move forward, despite my telling her I can forgive a lot given time and sincere apologies.
Oh well, it’s probably for the better. I still love her, and I know that she is not my enemy- though I doubt she sees me as anything but an antagonist.

Sin is a broken concept of morality and law. The truth is, your only enemy is you.
