Hi there. Came across your video in my feed. Love that you love hifi. Got some nice kit there. Noticed the Bose 301's straight away - sold tons of them in my retail days (Even started "DJing" on an older pair in my youth and they took the punishment 😂). Just a little thing to know about those ones of yours, if it helps in any way: you need to lie them on their sides, with the tweeters on the outside (you currently have them upright with tweeters at the top). Bose's big USP was "Direct/Reflecting Sound" where some of the high and mid frequencies were fired towards the listening position and some was reflected off the side (or even back, on some models) walls), ostensibly to more accurately mimic the way sounds propagates naturally. If you clip off the grilles, you'll see that tweeter arrangement is in line with what I have just told you. If I remember correctly (and it has been a LONG time since I was in daily contact with this particular series of loudspeakers), they should even be labelled Left and Right, something unusual to the majority of stereo loudspeakers, unless there is something specifi about their design to motivate that (which in these, there is). I see space is a little tight but try give it a go if you can and see if you hear the difference. Enjoy the process and keep on loving the journey and sharing it 😊
