Had the timer worked properly, she *still* would only have won one prize, as she pulled the arm down just a little shy of 45 seconds into the game and was told by Bob that she had only 1 right. 1:19
1:19 BLOOPER Both the numbers "2" and "1" lit up instead of the number "1" only (Reason: The game operator didn't clear the scoreboard) 0:44 ANOTHER BLOOPER! The timer counts up (Malfunction) 2:48 3RD BLOOPER The timer said 62 rather than 0
That’s the longest Race Game ever played on Price is Right the clock counted up to 63 seconds she had plenty of time to get the prices in place. After all that she definitely deserved a sofa.😂
In a sense, they tried to give her all the prizes. When she had two, then switched two and went to zero, she had won. Switch the two you just switched, then switch the other two. They made a mistake in her favor, and she wouldn't have gotten to the point where she should have won all four if they hadn't given her more time. That she didn't do the next logical thing to win everything wasn't really their fault.
It's games and contestants like that, made the show so fun to watch in the Bob Barker Days.
We got to hear the LP version of Race Game’s vaudeville music - 1 min and 27 sec worth of it! 🎼 🎶
The Race Game got angry with Naomi for not knowing the game. The Game was like I will show her.
You have 87 seconds to get all 4 price tags on the correct prizes. I loved how Bob kept on saying go on Naomi, make some more changes, don't quit! Lol

Imgaine if Race Game could've changed the time into 99 or 60 seconds....

Sources suggest that this episode is #5643D from March 13, 1985. Pluto TV skipped it for some reason.
0:37 I think the audio was fixed.
Audio's out of sync as the game starts.
Ted do you know the airdate for this episode
Somewhere in the 1980s, 1984, 1985, nobody knows.
Between the very end of 1982 and October 1985 based on the set and Johnny Olson.
There are some clues: maybe it's from season 13 (1984-85) as the new light border was around, and this game was played in the fourth slot.
Do we know yet if this episode appeared on Barker Era?
I'm from the home of the Derby! 🏇
This was February 1981

I would've given her all the prizes. I wouldn't want her to pay for their mistake.
Yes he would've, but poor Naomi just felt really tired, after all that clock mechanical failures, she disserved to have the sofa.

Except the extra time didn't damper her chances of winning. It only improved it.
