@@ThatStokeBloke rowett was good for us at Birmingham. For an unstable club like us 9t felt like we were moving forward. Since we were relegated I only felt that way under Rowett monk and now bowyer

just to add something you missed at the end of the video, the idea of scrapping the academy was quickly shut down after fan complaints/ the board realizing what an incompetent muppet Ren was. great video Ben!
FYI after Dong Ren left, the academy was given cat 1 status and will now not be scrapped

A pretty comprehensive look at things. Probably worth mentioning about how the historically successful women's team was neglected and mistreated and the prolonged fan protests against Carson Yeung and Dong Ren but otherwise a surprisingly well researched video.

Still hilarious how when a manager seemingly does well enough for them. Rowett had them in the playoffs they sacked him. Monk did well despite off the pitch trouble they sack him. Makes no sense.
Excellent video Ben. As a Birmingham fan, it's been a really tough few years seeing the club you love be destroyed by foreign owners and seeing endless amounts of good managers be sacked yet awful ones kept. The company who own us, TTA, are as corrupt as they come. The EFL are to blame for the financial situation we've been in. However, for the first time in a while, I am really excited for the season under Lee Bowyer, quality manager and bluenose! Let's just hope the idiots at the top don't destroy it all again! kro! You should do Sheffield Wednesday next! :)
It’s funny English fans call German clubs are farmers league but atleast they own their own clubs. English clubs are decided by whoever the owner is. You guys are basically irrelevant

Birmingham have never risen in their history, Villa & Wolves have always been above & beyond in midlands football.
Only one of those 3 teams has won a major trophy in the last 25 years 🤷♂️ and wolves were getting beaten by Walsall in league one not long ago
