I can speak every work when am alone and fully calm, but as soon as I go in front of someone and specially when I know that am about to speak a word which I stammer, then I get too much anxiety and my heart beats gets fast. I still try my best to control it. But Once when I will get my anxiety in control, I know am not gonna be a Stutter anymore.
Perhaps you might find the “Waking Up” meditation app helpful for this. Or you can of course use free meditations on RUclips as well. Aim for a consistent string of small improvements, that’s how you’ll get what you want with your speech and life overall.
Hi Marcus great video and I'd love to see your new videos popping up. there so informative And i really appreciate it and the statement u mentioned for the never ending improvement That's the best thing ever because it's true if you think that you're going to be a full fluent individual at the end of a certain program that's not going to be the case Because you're always going to have those ups and down days when you get lack of sleep and everything like that.But they never ending improvement statement is the best because you always strive to improvement But I just want to ask you a quick question Marcus Can you make another video about blocking.Because I highly believe most starters stutter because of their blocking And can you please Make another video about that Thank you very much
