If your cutting strings keep breaking is because the cutting strings are brittle, to make the cutting string not brittle, soak the entire coil of strings in warm water, it will make it soft so that it will not brake so easily. If the weed wacker needs premix fuel, you have to get gasoline mix with oil design for your weed wacker. Check your user manual for correct fuel and oil needed. You might have to move the protective cover closer to the cutting string.
