"Intent" is a riders biggest determining factor on what to buy.....lol, I like this bike but I'd want a longer seat that could be used for "stuff" you're carrying along or picking up. I'm looking at dual sport motorcycles right now as well & for a mere $3000 plus dealer tags, title, & prep -- get a 150cc Honda motorcycle. This size is well proven in S.America/Asia but is here. But I'm not sold on anything yet, trying to get the most bang for the buck. I do like this bike. peace man
I've owned lots of motorcycles and dual sports, I prefer bikes with pedals that don't go crazy fast these days, 35-40 mph is plenty fast, I really like a bike that can keep up with traffic at 35-40 mph...I don't want to drive any kind of bike on the highway anymore, those days are over..I can charge my bikes with my solar system and have both fun and transportation for free..The laws are going to stop people from riding the non pedal bikes soon..And it's nice when maintenance is cheap and easy, no license, insurance, registration..But, to each his own..
@@MisterSal9895 I have the home version of that very bike, it has a 1000 watt hub motor in the back and front with two 40 amp controllers and two 15ah batteries.. It tops around 45 mph..But runs really good and steady at 40..
@@realeyesrealizereallies6828 Nice. By the way why you don't want to ride any kind of bike on the highway anymore, is it because of the crazy and distracted drivers thesedays?
@@MisterSal9895 Too dangerous for lots of reasons..But, it depends on the highway..Highways with lots of vehicles, no thanks..Highways in the middle of no where, sure, no problem..
The GPS isn't a regular style GPS per say.. Its not like a car or your phone, its the same as I've seen on snowmobiles..The GPS just track's the location you currently are at, and have been riding, saves that route you just rode, so you can backtrack the ride you just did. More of a ride tracker than a typical GPS. You can't enter directions, or any locations like gas stations or restaurants like a phone or car GPS. Just in case anyone was confused.
Im for the mid ebikes, 52V or 60V need more of those because i think they can be the most practical bikes to replace a car. You can put cargo options of them and not have a very heavy weight and they could still be used on roads.
Yeah that is 100% true. I mean hell the only good looking 72v I could think of in the past was maybe the Onyx but I’m pretty sure everyone who was interested in that company learned how bad they are. I’d say the stealth bomber clones look decent too but since those are normally diy and overall can vary in specs too much I don’t really count that as a specific bike.
Looks AMAZING, tech is great, but the lack of power is disappointing for a 72v bike. I pull more power/speed on my stock Talaria MX4. Might be something I look into later just for fun.
If you asking this about the solar eclipse. No unfortunately its fairly snug in there. And unlike the surron the battery pack is tucked under the carbon fiber frame, so there is no way to go larger at least that I'm aware of. The good new is that it's a 72v 45 Amp hour battery and you can get about 50 miles per charge in real words scenario
Always enjoy the information you supply and market analysis. This video seemed to have excessive motor noise to me and I fell you could edit it out in future videos. When you are doing a review and need to make the noise part of it then I think it's warranted but otherwise it's just aggravating.
Admit it, you aren't an e-bike rider, even if your bike happens to have pedals. You are an e-moto rider aka you don't pedal, even on ebikes with pedals. So of course, 72 volts makes sense on bikes requiring the wattage to propel a bike weight of 100 lbs+. Both my mid drive 52volt custom e-bikes that weigh 50 lbs or just under/over which I do pedal but also have throttles, can go 40mph. There may be a sweetspot for the bike you review riding around town out on the road with cars. But something like a Honda Grom or Trail 125 that will do 60mph and gets 100 mpg for $4K you can fill up in 3 minutes makes a lot more sense if inhabiting the same place where cars roam and you want to take a 100 mile trip aka 50 miles out of town and 50 back...and ride on fast secondary 45-55mph roads which will eat through that battery in 30 miles which that bike will have a hard time even sustaining.
Thanks for the kind words on the eclipse! ⚡️ just wait til we release what we have coming later this summer 😏

Any hints, specifications, or price points you want to leak early?

Sounds like the Wired Freedom would be the perfect ebike for you

They are getting amazing...got a talaria xxx (cant beat the price) ....the prices with the 72v need to come down to 4grand and the market will explode

Surron started this shyt every other company is just making there own version of it 👀
Wondering if there's enough space in the battery compartment so one could upgrade to a longer range or more powerful battery down the road?

This is not an eBike but an eMoto.
Totally different use case and laws.
