You can blame the Welsh Labour Party for 20mph, Been four years in the planning waisted millions we still don't know the speed limits on many roads haven't been upgraded, 😢

Morning Bruce. On this wet Sunday morning what a great way to start the day by laying in bed all warm with a hot tea watching another Clan ride through Wales again. We got lost riding Wales once. What a laugh when we pulled up by a Welsh only road sign and someone said, looking at the Ordnanace Survey may where the hell are we? And pointing at a sign George said there while pointing then he bust out into one of his glorious laughing fits which set everyone else's off. Good to get list at times if only for the laugh. What you said about children, bang on. It really doesn't seem that long ago that I sat bouncing my children, then my grandchildren on my knee doing the Tigger Song making them laugh. And with a wedding on the horizon could it be I might be doing this all over again with a great grandchild? My poor knees but luv it 😂😂😂. Enjoyable vid again Clan, so till next time stay well and wishing you all safe riding.

The car, known as "Babs", was buried after it crashed during a land speed record attempt in 1927, killing the driver, J G Parry-Thomas. The remains of the car were recovered in 1969 and subsequently restored. (EDIT: Brain fart! Parry-Thomas not Parry-Jones)
And Pendine is still used today for various events.
I'm sure there was a documentary or something on TV a few years ago about this.

I tried to visit St. Govans on my Wales trip but the road was closed all day for military training. Managed to stop by Dobby's memorial (which was a real surreal place) so not a wasted trip to the peninsula.
Ha Ha, I just had to google “Dobby’s Memorial” as I thought it must be something else…. but nope, it was what I thought! 🤦♂️🤣👍

Agreed, I won’t be riding in Wales much anymore, they’ve completely killed the enjoyment factor for me
Went there last year. Stayed in Chepstow and raided across the border but was repelled by the "20's plenty" trial zones and the yellow box junction cameras..so next week I'm touring the Wells area and sampling zoidrs in the evenings, (Thatchers 0% at lunchtime).
