For someone who has passed Athena's FI, I agree that giving a detailed answer would be helpful, but not to the extent that it causes disengagement. That was my biggest mistake when I took their FIT Checks. My interviewer told me, "Less is more." When I applied to other jobs, I easily aced their interviews by providing concise, specific answers. Perhaps it's more about being fluent and showcasing executive presence.

I've always wanted to be an executive virtual assistant among with other professional individuals in this company. Unfortunately I did not pass my final interview on June 27. I'm hoping that I'll be able to rejoin again this august 😊
I just completed my FI today, and my advice would be to thoroughly research the role of an executive assistant. During the interview, my interviewer mainly focused on how well I understood the role rather than my work experience. I feel that I performed very well in the interview, and it was probably the best interview of my life. I was able to answer every question because of how much research I had done. However, at the end of the day, the results are what they are. I am still waiting for my results and hoping for the best. :) Thank you, Ms. Mia, for all the knowledge you have shared. I wouldn't have come this far without you. Heheh

Hi Miss Mia. I received a msg last Friday asking if I will be available for training on Feb 12 if I pass the final interview, and that they will jist e mail me the schedule of the final interview. I followed their instructions to confirm that I am available, but it's already Thursday and I still haven't gotten an e mail. Is it okay to follow up thru e mail?
@@miajuan26 Thank you! They gave me an additional assessment last Sunday and said that it will not have an effect on the interview. I don’t think I did that well on the second test especially the calendar part since I am still trying to master Google calendar. II haven’t heard from them since then. I followed up and mentioned that I already took the Gorilla test, I received no reply. Are they gonna inform me if the interview will still proceed or not?

It depends on your client but it will not be something like a call center agent na lagi ka nakacalls :)
