You almost crossed the safety car line before the safety car was in I think thats why the game slowed you down.

I don't think that last pit stop was guaranteed good outcome but you're right, it was the safer thing to do. Imagine if not many others had pitted, you would have had so many ahead that probably would not have won the race. Even if a pit stop is a logical thing to do, sometimes you just rely on the behavior of others and what they will do.
Zandvort is probably the most fun track to drive around

Hey man i have a suggestion for Zandvoort on your favorite corner I’ve found that if you keep it on 7th gear you gain a bit more time at the cost of stability but its worth a shot man keep it up !!

That was really exciting. The final few laps were crazy. If you want it to be really thrilling, watch it in 1.5x speed - everything happens so fast haha
Even faster in 2x speed.
GG to hawkZ though, he kept very aggressive and put on a good show (and grabbed that fastest lap). an example how little a mistake you need to make to DNF.

Am I right in thinking you used to use the t3pa pedals and struggled with them? I find it hard to get the gas on quick enough to keep up out of slow corners, any advice?

I’m pretty sure that the soft, medium, and hard tyres are not all the same compound from track to track..there are still 5 compounds but to make it “easier” to follow they went back to three colors. I might be wrong

What button mapping do you use for your Fanatec Wheel (For changing ERS, Fuel, etc)?
In your honest opinion how much per lap would you say the difference is between a wheel and a pad on the new game seems to be more of a gap than the last game ?

My driving has been absolutely amazing. Especially since the updates and the car feeling better. Maybe im getting better at setups. But, i have Fanatec gear now as well
What version of the game has the "downforce upgrade"? Doesn't say anything about it in any patch notes.

Started on F1 2020 by disabeling the anti lock assistant for the first time. Took 80% preassure with 54% balance with some decent front wing, but still can only brake in a straight line. Even if I turn as little as possible it locks either one side or even booth at slow speed. So far really struggling. Any tipps for me?
I played ACC until the F1 came out and now it is so hard to drive an f1 car😄 the rear runs away every corner so got some work to do to get back in shape

superb driving and balance, it was like a dance on the track, the way each track should BE and DO! but new f1 track design dont permit this kind of driving, sadly.

How do you get such competitive races? League? I play on PC, if I play ranked I rarely get a full lobby, if I play unranked even if I qualify 1st back to back to back it’s like a 90% chance I get corner bombed first corner in the braking zone :/ can get very frustrating. Do I just need to sign up for a bunch of different leagues and just plan my time with league races?
Does all the switches on the fanatec wheel work on Xbox?

Lmao, Im glad to see he's doing well. Are you going to say it's a controversial reference everytime I say me too as well? Don't know if you're joking or not but the slogan hasn't claimed the sentence. It was an intense race, and even I didn't realise I was holding my breath a bit in the last lap. When Hawkz spun out, it was a genuine sigh of relief. I'd say I can breathe now is an accurate statement that Im sure wasn't a reference to anything in the slightest.
That has nothing to do with black lives matters wich by the way is an awful movement
with controller this game feels a lot easier than 2019 for me. on 2019 my AI sweetspot was 96 but on 2020 ive just moved it up to 100 and even that might not be enough
Have massive problems with difficulty on 2020 was running around 100 on 2019 and sometimes I'm faster than top 3rd team in mydriver
@@niznoobsky6043 yeah i usually go like williams and now with create your team i like to start from the back and work my way up but i was finishing in the points already while running my 2019 difficulty

For me it's been a learning curve. Its taken me a while too get up to speed in 2020. The car feels heavier and steering is not as good in 2020, was my first impressions. It felt like I was driving with a yellow front wing in 2020. But over the past week i have started to get used to 2020.
There's certain things I like more in 2019. But I'm starting to like 2020 little by little. Hopefully it will grow on me more and I will like it better as time passes.
One thing is the ERS concept is better in 2020. But the problem is it never turns off. If you could turn it all the way off it would be better. Because it burns sooo quick and it's so hard to build it back up.
The difference between tracks for the AI is insane though. In 2019 I could keep the same difficulty and always be around 2-3 tenths quicker than my team mate, but in 2020 I can be 8 tenths quicker at one track, then 7 tenths slower at the next, and I know I'm extracting the most out of the car. Austria - Silverstone has probably been the worst so far
