M11W i have issues with losing it somtimes too and it usually comes from me trying to use my mind and thoughts to get into it. You have to know that thinking and thoughts is not the way there because when you try to get there it makes you think that the peace is outside of you but you are the peace and it just feels far away because your thoughts are acting as a blinder. Id say just dont get attached to any thought and just set the intention inside yourself that you will watch your thoughts and allow what ever is in your expirience to come and pass. Just having the intention to allow everything is enough you dont need to think your way through it thats the worst thing to do. Its ok to have some thoughts but dont add to them. Realise the power of intention. Intuition is key. Basically instead of thinking to get to peace you just know its there and no thought is required. Just how you know you are going to take another breath. You dont have to think about. So stop adding to your thoughts and set the intention within yourself to allow

My entire life I’ve been taught to worry about the future. And that process of worry has lead me to feeling nothing but grief about the past.. and the more time goes on, the more I worry about the future and have grief for the past... and I pretty much have feelings that I never measured up and have not ever been able to enjoy the present.. 😂 the only thing I’ve ever prayed for my whole life is for things to just be OK.. 😂 so these words are much needed.. thank you! god bless🙏

It's not that you don't make sense, it's just that they aren't where you are. I go through this too with my friends and I've come to realize that I can't make anyone see things how I see them, I just have to be in my experience.

Ive been preaching self love for a bit now and I always hear "how can loving myself get rid of starving children"
Its so hard for people to grasp this stuff unless theyve had a definite spiritual experience outside of their material understanding.

This can be dangerous when true depression or PTSD are overlooked as it makes them feel like failures for not being able to observe their thoughts. Some people live with constant brain fog that they don't even have access to their thoughts anymore and they need help for their bodies to relax first or their minds in order to get to where you're speaking of. So as much as I appreciate your content I think this is a much needed disclaimer.
I have such emotion for the many that do not manage to even come close to such an understanding and active display of Love and it is due to this lack of that suffocates such beautiful minds.
Whilst I believed I had ptsd, I did. Once I forgave my abuser (complexptsd)and let it go . Only then could my nervous system relax so that I could observe.❤️🙏sending u love and phycic healing beautiful humans ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amy patrice annastasia Kwanten thats great and im happy to hear you were able to overcome your trauma, but again it’s not that simple :) more often than not, the issues are in the tissues meaning there’s too much trauma/blockages in the body that you can be mindful all you want but that’s just not gonna do it. That’s why I referred to the brain fog, some people can’t even access mindfulness until bigger issues are dealt with. If awareness were that easy, we’d all be there. Much love.
